If you want a place to eat, don't go there. It's a take out type of place. There is no parking in the front of the store so you will have to walk a little bit once you find parking. I tried summer sandwich chicken Caesar wrap and it was just ok.
I still haven’t fully mentally recovered from when I went here. it was embarrassing truly. 4 whole minutes of trying to explain what kind of sandwich I wanted to the employee because I didn’t know the special names for the sandwich’s and I couldn’t read the sign on the wall because of my terrible eyesight. also I am 74% Sure I was gaslighted by that employee.
Freaky Fast… yeah right. I’ve never had a delivery from here arrive in less than an hour
Ate here 5/3 had a really bad stomach ache after went to hospital and I have NOROVIRUS!!!!! I called to let them know and the manager completely discredited me and made it seem like I made it up stating she’s never heard of that in her 12 years all while being extremely rude a simple Google search will tell you what it is do not eat here these people do not wash their hands…. Educate your staff instead of discrediting customers.
They get you the food, but man are these employees rude and have a chip on their shoulder. That or they don’t care about who walks in. The customer certainly should be wary. Only go here on the most desperate of food runs! (Or just across the street…)
for a multi national corporation they have good food, and the workers are always so nice. im surprised this place doesn’t have a higher rating, the customer service is always stellar
Really didn't feel like meal prepping today (Sometimes I just want to chill, y'know?). Thought I'd order a couple of sandwiches for my girlfriend and I.Ordered a sandwich at 4:55 pm. Got it super fast and at my door at like 5:10 pm. The order checked out and we got two great sandwiches. They tasted great! Thanks again for the fast service!
I eat here all the time and the food is always quick and awesome! Maggie is especially amazing but the entire staff is nice and good at what they do.
Ridiculously rude person greets me at the counter asks me about a mask. I’m vaccinated and often use an inhaler for a breathing condition. They didn’t seem to quite want to wait for an explanation or offer for me to order and wait outside. Meanwhile in the small eating area 4 people sat, one employee without food in front of them unmasked. Came in to buy dinner for about 10 of my employees at a restaurant down the street. There goes my business here. Not surprised by previous reviews of horrible service. Should have noticed the 2.3 stars before even bothering with the trip.
I hate to have to resort to a review but I am very disappointed with the service at this location. I’ve order the same sandwiches three times and it was made wrong all three times. After the second time I called the location to make sure it was made right because communication is the best way to solve a problem and it was still wrong. I love JJs sandwiches but i feel as though I’ve lost so much money on bad experiences here!
