They were super busy and understaffed, yet very polite and nice. Food was yummy.
So my boyfriend applied to this location and they told him he was hired but no one called him for his schedule so I called them for him bc he was at school and this lady was so rude so said tell your boyfriend he is not hired and she hug up like I was mad bc I was asking question bc I work at a fast food place and I never heard of such a thing they did not call him or text him or anything to make plans to the next step I am so disappointed of Jimmy John’s it’s not even funny if you are going to hire someone you should contact them or anything like that
Impressive how every single time I come here they manage to have a line out the door and 3 employees working so slow they might be falling asleep. Most incompetent jimmy john’s I’ve seen

I just got back from the store and I'm writing my review while eating. It was worth the walk in the cold. I ordered the Spicy East Coast Italian for my entire group. The service was fast, the young lady who made the sandwiches was polite and understanding. The best part is, the sandwich is delicious, just the right amount of spice, perfect amount of meat and cheese, as well as the perfect amount of mayo (bread not dry enough to choke you and no mayo oozing out of the bread). If I'm in this area again I'd eat here without a second thought.
