There are two reasons that I am giving this place 3 stars. The first is it took 45min for me to get my order. As you can see from the picture, this should not have taken 45min. 2nd I had to go back inside to get utensils for my to go order. The young working the counter completely ignored me when I came back in. I said excuse Sir 3 times. I had to wait for the server to get the utensils. The food is decent but time is the only thing I can't get more of. I suggest you place your orders before you arrive.
I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Bite Squad. The chicken was so overcooked and hard that it was literally inedible. The beef fry was also very tough and almost as inedible as the chicken. The spinach was supposed to come with three meats, we only found one piece of meat in there, and it was mostly bone. The only reason they got two stars over just one is that the samosas were actually pretty good, and so were the plantains. But those two things weren’t good enough for me to want to get food from here again.
This place added a sauce that seemed like someone's leftover in my order when I asked for sauce the that was missing in my order. If you look at the sauce containers, one is not even up to half of the container, talkless of being full like the rest. The woman just picked it from the back so it seems like she didn't pick it from the stock but just a leftover from someone. Also, their food does not have the quality that it used to have. I will not go to this place again. They may be serving leftovers to customers.
I live 100 miles away in northern mn i have my girl grab me large potatoe greens every time she goes to town, this is my favorite food hands down!!! that woman in the back can throwdown man idk what she puts in them greens but lord i appreciate her

The first time I went to this restaurant the wings were nice and fresh and hot the last couple times I tried to go back the wings were not fresh they taste like they had been cooked a day or two before and were leftovers with the sauce thrown on top of it. I specifically asked for the spinach to only have chicken in it and they put the beef and turkey in it; the beef is dry and is not fresh the last time I had the greens they were cold and tasteless, this is the last time I’ll be eating at this restaurant. Oh and the prices are Ridiculously high!
I placed my order in advance 2/5/2022. I walk in and there is a girl that works there at the counter, she didn't say a word to me. I stood there for a while and decided to look over the counter to see what she was fixated on and she was on FACEBOOK. When I did that she FINALLY looked at me, giggled and decided to say "hi can I help you." I'm a paying customer and don't deserve being treated so rudely. Customer service is a important factor in this country. She was flat our rude. I won't be going back!
This is the worst restaurant that I’ve ever been to in Minnesota . First of all ,I t’s in need of a deep cleaning . I ordered jollof rice with chicken and collard greens . The order of collard greens came with a choice of rice or fufu . I chose fufu . I was given rice . Simple accident , no problem . Here’s what turned my stomach ….. my order was bagged and tied . I carried it out to my car so when my daughter and I got into our car , we opened the bag . That’s when I realized that I’d been given rice instead of fufu. Again , no big deal . I go back inside and tell the cashier that I’d been given rice .Whoever the woman was that “prepared” my order wanted me to bring the rice back in to exchange it for the fufu that I had originally requested . I watched this cashier hand the rice over to the woman in the back . She then handed me the fufu , and put the rice into another order . Disgusting!!! The chicken had been reheated no less than 3 times or at least 3 days old . It was hard and tasteless . Never again . My total for that order was 32 dollars down the drain. Again , NEVER again . They reheat food over and over again and will give you things that other customers have opened .

The ox tails were not good at all the spinach and rice was okay at best don’t waste your time the service was very slow
