Insane Vegan has so many plant based sandwiches and flatbread pizzas to try. I ordered the Arcade Club and the Lunatic pizza. Both were delicious but I want to highlight the Lunatic in particular. Good plant based pizza is hard to find and Insane Vegan knocks it out of the park. While I was waiting for my order, they were also cooking up some new items to be added to the menu. I need to stop back in and try it just from the smell alone.\\n\\nEverybody was friendly and I can tell how passionate Insane Vegan is about delivering delicious and creative plant based food! Great food and a growing menu so there is a lot to enjoy here.
YUM! So excited to have this amazing new vegan option for those of us craving a delicious sandwich. The BLT was phenomenal! Also had to try the potato salad based on reviews and it did not disappoint (and is perfectly spicy - so beware if you’re not into that). Staff was friendly and so welcoming. Will be returning back to Insane Vegan very soon!
This place is amazing, the food, the people, the atmosphere. They make their food fresh and to order, and it was so filling and wholesome, it’s about a 30 minute drive for us but we may just have to make the trip just for this place again. Even our kids ate every bite, which they don’t do often. It’s a spot for anyone looking for something good to eat, not just vegans!(: Will definitely be my spot to stop at on my way home from work, want to keep this place growing and in business! Love to support a local family owned business as well!
Amazing! Staff is amazing, food is amazing and all plant based! These folks put a whole lotta love in these sandwiches and that sauce! Definitely check them out!

They are now at\\n\\n971 Arcade St, St Paul, MN 55106\\n\\nI had the Morning Chirp sandwich and it was delicious.\\n\\nTheir bread tastes fresh. The sandwich was put together well and they didn't skimp on the sauce which had great flavor. I'll definitely be back.

Insane Vegan is awesome! I love that it is family owned and the owners were so nice. It is one of the few vegan restaurants that I’ve seen offer a kids menu! They have a convenient location and the restaurant was clean and newly renovated.\\n\\nI had the Spicy Italy and it was the closest to a real Italian sandwich I’ve had in the 5 years since I went vegan. The bread is phenomenal! We will be back and bringing people we know.

awesome black-owned vegan spot with insanely good food… tricky to find as it’s in a shared kitchen food hall with just a few tables (go in the door for pickup orders around the corner), but well worth it… i’d take a pic of my food but i already ate it!
I definitely liked the food I got here and highly recommend the spicy potato salad (don’t be like me and bring some water if you’re going to dine in). I had a little trouble figuring out where to go into the building as there aren’t any signs for the restaurant, but I followed the Grubhub pickup signs. Inside you order at a kiosk that contains many different restaurants and wait for a text to pick your food up out of the lockers. My lunch (sandwich and potato salad) was about $21 after tip, which was a little more than I expected to spend, but I’m glad I decided to stop there.
