Terrible management but decent Indian food. I do the delivery apps and eat from here randomly. I have been treated rudely, unprofessionally, and disrespectfully by the "manager" as a driver, but no worries. I will pray for them. I believe most of our local businesses would have closed down during COVID without the help of Uber/Grubhub/DoorDash delivery drivers app for sure. ?? Google maps asked me for this
Today we went to this restaurant, we tried kadai tofu for the first time and indeed we loved it. Onion naan and garlic naan were too soft that my kiddo loved it. Indeed it was so tasty. As it's a north Indian restaurant I thought I can have Rasamalai which is my favorite. But I was a bit disappointed as it's not upto the marks on the taste and the color was white, may be it's bread rasamalai it seems.Apart from this sweet everything was so good, food, excellent customer service, restaurant.
HAIR IN FOOD. I read reviews and ignore the median scores based on all the high ones. Upon first impression the appetizer, veggie samosas, was delicious. The chicken curry was lacking in flavor but I put the chutney on it to help it out. I boxed the rest for later. For dinner I went to finish the curry. I found two long black hairs (I'm blonde) in the chicken curry. Threw it out.Service was good, flavor was non-existent, cleanliness was zero. Put your money and health towards a better establishment.
Gross food and terrible service by the short Indian guy. I guess if you have nowhere else to eat, this is a last resort. But don’t waste your time or money here when there are hundreds of other restaurants with great food in Minneapolis AND with staff who actually understands how to treat customers with respect and dignity.
Loved it. We ordered via Uber Eats, food was delivered in about an hour. Two Naan breads (garlic & Peshwari), vegetable Biryani and Chicken Vindalou were more than enough for two of us to share. We’re looking forward to a dine-in experience next time.
Would not eat there again. Got the lamb vindaloo and a few other dishes. Meat was overcooked and tough, tasted like they put a marinara sauce on it from a jar. Way too sugary and not spicy even though I ordered it “hot”. I think it doesn’t matter what sauce you order, they just have one sauce in the back they put on everything.
We enjoyed every dish and drink! It was god damn delicious! The servers did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!
This place is so under-appreciated. If you go, you must try the Gobi Manchurian (pictured). The garlic naan and pakora are also stellar. I also had the Tawa Paneer (pictured) and it was very good.
Clean place, friendly staff & owner. This place makes me want to travel to India to taste deliciousness.(Chicken Masala & Garlic Naan bread)
I only really like Tikka Masala and I usually go to Dancing Ganesha for it, but I really wanted to try a new place and ended up here. The short version is that the food here resembled Dancing Ganesha almost exactly... Only it wasn't nearly as good. ? I'm sure they are lovely people with great workers though ?
