First time eating from this place, I got a Cowboy salad. Honestly one of the best salads I have ever had. I messed up when ordering and set the date for tomorrow, the staff were quick to help and make my food. Will be going back
The best lunch spots in the skyway are typically indicated by long lines and Green + The Grain was no exception. While the long was long, the efficiency and sheer amount of staff had you cruising through line! The salad was delicious and was a generous size for being “small” (I had the Thai Beef Tenderloin).
Delicious chili! Stuck next door on jury duty and am really excited that this healthful, yummy spot is just across the skyway.
I live in Newton Iowa and my mother in law lives in Lakeville, MN and she is always raving about these salads! When visiting for New Years she ordered some and I was blown away! By far the best salad I’ve ever had! I got the Chinese chicken one and chopped it and tossed it in the dressing and it was amazing! Wish you guys had a location closer to me!
Never have I loved a salad more than the amazing salads at Green + The Grain! I miss working downtown just for the salad. Glad I’m able to get to their food truck once in awhile! I would rate them 10 stars if that was an option!

Everything is so fresh and delicious! You can taste the difference with the quality ingredients, large portions and excellent service! I ordered online the night before and picked up 3 salads from the delivery/food truck. They were as fresh as if I’d just placed the order. Excellent!
The most unfortunate 'thing' about green + the grain, for me, is that I'm stuck on the same few menu options. Stuck because I enjoy them so much, I don't dare risk that pleasure by trying something new. Plus the staff is top notch; knocking out order after order correctly and smiling behind their masks.

I had the grain bowl with chicken. It was incredible and excited to try more!
