I booked Gastrotruck for an employee lunch in late June 2022 for approx 200. The company had never done this before and their staff was very responsive to email questions within 24 hours, and I know summer is the busy season. The staff was very easy to work with the only criticism I have is I wish they provided a direct phone number to get ahold of for questions as well. I asked a few times and it seemed they just preferred you to email. The trucks arrived on time and the staff present were friendly and outgoing. The food was excellent! We did four options: beef brisket, jerk pork, thai chicken, and black bean burger. I heard raves about the beef and pork - I personally had the black bean burger and loved it. They got food out really quickly with a nice presentation. I would definitely visit the truck again, I’d like to try more of the menu!!!
Gastrotruck catered our wedding last month, and they did an incredible job! The food was outstanding, and we had so many guests mention how much they enjoyed the food. Gastrotruck was very easy to work with and they were professional at every turn. All the options that we taste-tested were great, and they were very accommodating with all of our desert requests. We originally had some reservations about the idea of a food truck catering our wedding, but we couldn’t have picked a better business to cater our wedding. Would highly recommend!
Gastrotruck catered our wedding. It was the best wedding food we've ever had... not the bland boring fare that is typical of so many weddings. They are cooking with flavor here... The apps were great (the pork belly flatbread was incredible) amd the grain bowl dinners were fantastic. The meals had some spice and were well balanced and colorful. The service was really good too, the workers were courteous and professional!

The place I work at brought them in for an event, I had the tacos and Mac and cheese both were really good.
We hired Gastrotruck for our intimate back yard wedding. They were basically a one stop shop, incredible to work with and AMAZING food! We rented tables/chairs/linens from them, and they set it all up the morning of. They use all compostable dishes for easy clean up while not destroying the environment, and take it all! Then come back a few days later to pick up all the rentals. We did apps, dinner and a late night brisket nacho bar with them (there was a never ending line - so good!). I’d recommend booking them hands down, we were so impressed and they helped our day be magical ✨

She made our WI/MN border battle dinner come to life and having the food truck really made my carnival-esk wedding dreams come to life!
