After many times of trying food from their menu, I finally have remembered to make a review!I first tried their food several years ago at a catered event. There was a variety of Afghani food including rice, chicken and beef shawarma, and salads. I absolutely love everything I've tried and it's all packed with flavor.However, to me, the star of the show is their pizza. It's created on fluffy but thin dough reminiscent of naan. I've tried the meat lovers and the house special and both are amazing! There is a perfect ratio of meat, veggies, cheese, and sauce.My favorite part about their pizza is their green dipping sauce. It's slightly tangy, slightly spicy - and pairs perfectly with the pizza. It elevates it to a whole different level.I love their food so much that I actually ended up catering their food and booking their event room for one of the days of my south Asian multi-day wedding functions 4 years ago. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about their food.
This family owned restaurants has the best pizza in town. The owner is very friendly and respectful. The food is amazing!
Group of us was here, and most of us ordered goat kaurma #17 it was very disappointing that there was barely goat meet in our plates, also noticed it was cold so my guess they warmed it before serving. Friend of mine also ordered pizza which really good.

The restaurant is clean. The employee that took our order was professional and pleasant. He also made recommendations. We waited longer than we expected for the food; however, the food was hot and fresh. The kabobs & kofta were tasty. The French fries were the highlight of the meal. The servings were generous.We would definitely come here again. But we probably will try the pizza. Most customers were getting pizza to go.
Didn't know what to expect, thought it was just your average pizza joint. The dining area was the average pizza joint but was very clean. The Pizza was fantastic!!! Over the top, it too salty, not too spicy, had that perfect balance, chewy crust. The staff was very friendly and helpful in our selection. Wilk definitely go there again and recommend.
My husband and I have been together for nearly 5 years and there has been only one restaurant that has remained a constant throughout that time: Football Pizza. My husband has been going here for many years, before he met me, so I came to know this place through him. We went from sharing leftovers one night, to stopping in whenever we found ourselves in the area, to even eating here when we introduced our parents to each other, which led to us getting engaged shortly after. Tonight, we ordered pizza for Thanksgiving and it was one of the best thanksgivings ever and we hope to make it a family tradition from here on out.Throughout all our major milestones and even when we are just craving some really delicious pizza, football pizza has always been there and we will be customers for life. ❤️
I love this place! Great food (pizza with a delicious twist!), super friendly staff, and even a little selection of additional grocery items and takeout of frozen pizzas is available. Also, make sure to get lots of the green sauce - it’s to die for!!!
Just wanted to put a review out there for your amazing pizza and service. We stopped Sunday had carryout then brought across the street to Fair State! (we made a couple people jealous and hungry!) the pizza was amazing and the gentleman (owner?) and his son working were very kind! Thank you.. the only regret was we forgot to stop back and grab some frozen ones to take back to Rochester! ? ? ? ? ?
Best beef pepperoni pizza in the cities. I don't eat pork so having these guys in our neighborhood allows me to enjoy a classic pizza.
