Honestly I have to say as someone who is super picky I love this location and food. I live in the area and I’ve dined and super upscale restaurants I’ve had their burger and fries at other places but theirs nothing like a 5 guy burger and fries don’t forget your milkshake!!! I mean I ordered the food delivery and it came super hot and fresh! I’m impressed !
I've never had any bad experiences here. service is always great and the burgers are to die for!

Always clean and staffed up when I deliver or get take out. Kinda $$$ but it's uptown. Fresh fries.
I had a delicious lettuce wrapped cheeseburger. We had an enormous mound of fries to share at our table, and they were very good, too.
You'd think for $4.19 you'd get more than a handful of fries. Burgers are thin, buns are dollar store quality. Half a block down you can get a gourmet burger and side for the same price.
Not worth the price. It was my first and possibly my last time eating at 5 Guys. The Cashier was rude and didn't upsell seasoned fries; if I knew they had that option, I would have gotten seasoned fries instead of the bland fries I ordered. I'm visually impaired, so it would have been a better experience if the cashier had been more helpful.
Horrible staff, made me wait a whole hour for my order even though the place was empty, I was just sitting there and they told me it wasn’t ready, then finally I ask again if it’s ready, and they say no it’s not, they continue to not look like their doing anything, instead laughing and talking like their at home and not at work. Then I ask again ready to ask for a refund and they say, “oh it’s been on the table here” So I wasted an hour for an order that was at the table the whole time because these staff didn’t care? Horrible place.
