Service was Fine/Good. Food was so so; surprisingly. Was disappointed from the start as it is a Quick que store the normal To Go store coupons didn't apply. Likely the first and last time we will go to this Famous Dave's location.
I'm not sure what they consider brisket, but what I received almost warranted a criminal complaint. Sides were probably sitting out all day, terrible. The ribs were ok and the only thing worth eating. Famous Dave's used to be decent. This new concept is a fail. If you happen to eat here, order the ribs.
I stopped in on a Saturday evening for a Beef Brisket Sandwich to go. The employees seemed very disengaged and weren't particularly friendly or helpful. I was not offered silverware, napkins, BBQ sauce, or a bag for my take out order. I had to ask for the BBQ sauce. The brisket itself was pretty good, but I was very unimpressed with the portion of the sides. The employee seemed to put as little into the cup as reasonably possible.
Tried them again after many years of not going. So much better then back a few years

Food ok, pulled 3 pieces of plastic out of spicy mac and cheese.
Chicken was raw, didnt even want to give it to the dog. All food was soggy. 2 thirds of the ribs were fat and brisket was ok but pretty fatty. Like this every time. Cornbread was good tho.
I was a little heartbroken when they tore the first one down. But, when it came back my spirits were lifted again. It's a little expensive but, very clean, very delicious, and very good service; and still Famous Dave's BBQ.

Literally just left there, after getting my pick up order. They forgot to include my fries, with my order. I’m definitely not driving back up there. I also gave this location a 2nd chance, after the mess up with my first order & nonchalant customer service I experienced, my first go round. NOW you guys fail me again. After I gave a tip! PEOPLE PLEASE CHECK YOUR PICK UP ORDER RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM, before you leave the premises. I will NOT be returning.
