Hmmmmm. Always had great food and service don't know what changed. Did take out, Ordered in advance. pickup was okay. got home food was sub standard. Something changed maybe the new menu is different not happy and probably will not be back. Dissatisfied with this experience! D
The staff was friendly and fast but the meat I ordered on my tray was just basically slabs of rubbery fat with a little meat on the fat. I ordered it through the app and then picked it up and took it home. What's the ☝️ in having a BBQ restaurant if you're just gonna serve low quality meat? Last time I'll order a tray of meats from this place. I paid good money for meat for our dog basically because my brisket was nasty. Both the brisket on my tray as well as the brisket sandwich I ordered. Nobody wants to order a blubber sandwich either. Gross.
I ordered via doordash around noon, and ended up canceling the order and ordering from a different restaurant. 6 hours later I tried famous daves with the same order, via grubhub. Grubhub calls me and tells me at the time of original delivery they're out of Jalapeño sausage and wants to know what I'd like instead. Brisket, I responded. Another 25-30 minutes later, the driver shows up, come to find out the meal that was delivered was the same one I ordered 6 hours earlier via doordash. Cold and gross. Usually they're solid, not sure what happened here but this is beyond dropping the ball on maintaining standards.
Bought a two piece meal, the portions for the rib tips and chicken strips were laughable.Not worth the 18 bucks for it, freaking looks like an appetizer.
Get takeout here once in awhile and the service is always good! Rocky is a Rockstar she is always helpful.
Food is good could package to go products better have been there 2 times and when I get home something is missing, otherwise food is good and cashiers are hospitable and friendly ?

I had a bad experience with an african american lighter skinned woman who had black short hair that was dreads or may have been twists in her head that was behind the counter, she was very rude and had a very condescending nice nasty attitude!! And what's worst is i think she is a manager that was on duty, her name might have been Racquel but i might be wrong about the name but i am not wrong about describing how she looks.They forgot some of my food and instead of correcting the situation she had a very bad attitude and started deflecting and gaslighting as if i was just someone trying to get extra free food other than it was just a mistake on their part...she told me i didnt know what i was talking about because she worker there for 5 years but i proved her wrong via the FD website and picture proof and she said "the website must be wrong and false advertising" but i go to that location frequently so i know what to expect from the meal i ordered! Every time i order from there the order has been either given away because they are too incompetent to read the correct names, or there is food missing, she argued me down, instead of giving me the missing food, i swear if i would have let it escalate instead of me walking off, she would have been willing to risk her job and jumped over the counter to fight, that was how much of an attitude she had because she was being too emotional. She jus couldn't admit that she was wrong by saying I wasn't correct about the missing food because "I didnt know what i was talking about" but really She just didnt know what She was talking about,This was at the Lake Street Famous Daves in Minneapolis 3/17 at around 4:30pm cst. She wasn't friendly at all, it actually made me feel uncomfortable and I will never be a patron of this location again because of her it was a very terrible and frightening experience.
Couldn’t really find a piece that wasn’t all fat. Really disappointed. Famous Dave’s can be gross? Never would of thought.
Wish I would've took a picture of theBrisket salad and old 5 layer lemon ? cake, I came along way from NC to get this..Smh
