Food and service only okay. Pretty fast though.
I guess I will be sticking with JJ or Subway. This is their Narmer. Turkey with lettuce, guacamole , tomato and provolone. Two thin layers.of turkey. This owner is cutting corners to make more money. I won't be back.
Bad service always dirty, hair in my food will never go back, one time they wouldn't serve me because, I only had a 50 dollar bill, ok lose my business
Go to Listo! instead. Otherwise make sure you get a receipt and check your order before you leave.I ordered/paid for a Beacon combo with a side of Mac. I received a half order of each. $14 for one of the saddest sandwiches I've ever seen.
Me and a coworker here now .. Lady at counter seemed a bit quiet . Ordered 2 Sandwitches and a bowl of soup .. Food made we go to the table sit down go up and ask for mayo , she gives 1 packet for 2 Sandwitches I get 2 more after .. So noticing I have 2 packets of crackers I go and ask for an extra 2 packs (I love my soup with lots of crackers ) she says its extra . Okay fine how much ? 0.50 Okay I said no problem she looks rude and I really wanna know when they started charging for crackers ? 3 for 50Cents? Who made the price up? .. Now we are eating and they keep going to the toco spot next door to talk and laugh ... Super rude ??

Worst customer service ever over the phone! Took them 10 minutes to tell me there's no erberts in my area even after that being the first thing I asked before even giving my address ect. I love this place and am highly disappointed

Someone needs to update the online ordering system. We were able to PLACE an order for 10:45AM pick up, but the store doesn’t open until 11AM on Saturdays. Another woman sitting here ordered for 10:20AM pickup. And so here we both sit, waiting for the store to open.I have since updated Google Maps times, but that won’t fix their online ordering system, which would probably allow you to order at 2:30AM.
