I came in to order take out. I was ignored by two women. After about 15 minutes Stephanie came and actually took my order. 15 minutes later she was upset no one brought out my food. Stephanie is the absolute best worker there. The only reason I received service
No air conditioning. No blended margaritas ?! Had to eat outside because it was way to hot inside. The table was unclean. Server never checked on us. Had to beg for hot sauce. The food however was tasty. But the experience was ?
One of our local favs as they bring you chips and salsa and delicious food. This isn't necessarily authentic but it's good all the same! Try the fajitas, burritos or custom plate.
All 4 of our dishes were cold. Every item other then a quesadilla was cold. Service wasn't there as we had pops that were never refilled and to top it all off they raised their prices by a lot (which I understand with inflation) but the food used to be really good and have never had cold food before. Would not recommend anymore unfortunately and probably will not be back.
we have loved this place the last 10 years, not anymore. we have been so disappointed the last 2 times. service was terribly slow, I understand they were busy but not only that, people can no longer split checks. we were over charged by 60 dollars and we couldn't even read their writing. they would not help. This place has really gone down hill. good luck ElToro we won't be back
What we got was great and was made how we requested (no shrimp, no guacamole, no sour cream). However, we Did Not Get the extra tortillas that we paid extra for. And we Did Not Get Cheese, Lettuce Or Tomatoes that usually comes with the entree. We tried to call in the order Twice, no answer, tried one more time and got a busy signal. We resorted to grubhub to place the order. I agree with other reviewers, El Toro isn't as good as they used to be. Strong chance we will not order from there for a while.
Service was great, they are real attentive. Tacos are not authentic unfortunately and that is what I had wanted. Gave 5 stars still for the service I'm willing to go back and try something else.
My husband has been going here for years. He introduced me, and it's been our go to spot ever since! We met a pretty special guy here too R.I.P ?

I ordered beef .. it was gross.. I can't believe how nasty it was.. I expected better. The service was ok... the bathroom was nasty and only cold water came out the faucet.. that states enough.. no pictures please..
