The delivery driver Taylor had a gentlemen make some incredibly inappropriate comments toward him. Taylor handled the situation so very well and deserves a raise. Also the pizza was yummy.
I always order my pizzas well done and this I show they always come… barely cooked. I always have to throw them back in the oven for like 10min. Please read the order before cooking!
Pre Ordered pizzas for my kiddo's birthday party at edenborough on a Sunday. Got all 5 of my pizzas but the delivery driver just dropped them off in the lobby doors of the park! In the comments section, I wrote kids birthday party, will meet you by doors/front desk. Someone easily could have taken them and I didn't think it was too much to ask for the delivery driver to simply meet in person to hand off the pizzas. Called me shortly before delivery time, I could barely hear the person. Got a second call asking, "did you find your food"? The reception was bad, the park was loud, and I didn't get a call back. I had to go hunt down my order. Won't be back.
I got take out tonight the store was like a well oiled machine. The entire crew all in sync . They couldnt be more efficient. This is the first time i went back to Dominos since visiting the Northeast minneapolis store that i called corporate about horrible food and corporate did nothing ,they were rude to me. Pretty much said tuff luck buddy . We dont care. The northeast minneapolis store on Johnson street store cook/mgr said thats the way we make it because i like a pizza with no sauce just a hint of color red.The pizza on Penn was great balanced incrediants ,perfectly cooked crust ,a nice thin layer of sauce . Great flavor in all. Thanks guys you do a great job. Corporate needs retraining and some people fired. Your a let down to your franchises. Corporate failure but this is a great franchise.
Pizza is always hot! Love the tracker and watch from you ordering all the way to delivery! They have a fabulous team at the Dominoes on Penn Ave! Never have I been disappointed!
My local Dominos always does a great job, whether it's delivery or curbside pickup. Hot and tasty. I especially like me some jalapeno pineapple chicken alongside my pizza. Yum! ?
we have literally a million COVID cases daily and yet the employees here can’t stand even wearing a mask. I am immunocompromised and could die if I catch COVID and I had an unmasked employee refuse to put the pizza in the backseat of my car, it’s so easy and simple and so much safer for the both of us. this is embarrassing and you need to take the safety of your customers seriously, I just want to eat pizza and not potentially die, thanks!!
Ordered pizza online for my 4 yr olds birthday party and they never showed up with our pizza. Had a group of 20 people and no food for the party. Extremely disappointed!!!
I use to really like domino’s up until now when I went to order online because it said they were open, my order went through and said one of their employees started making the order and then I got a message to call the store, my boyfriend went into the store to question them when they told him they were apparently closed as he was in the store, so we drove across town for absolutely nothing and then had to where to eat for our 2 drive home.very very very disappointing
They are lazy and the food here is absolutely disgusting. They called me shortly after placing an order to tell me the Buffalo wings were completely out. No more wings. So I settled for them replacing them pictured below is what they call “boneless bbq wings” not only do they look poorly and lazily made they also taste like burnt plastic! The pizza I also ordered was tasteless and clearly poorly made as well. Which is why I say they are lazy. Other dominos have much better tasting food and service. Don’t even waste your money..
