I had a pretty good experience ordering delivery from this location! It took a little longer than expected, but nothing outrageous. The quality of my food was great, but it was a little lukewarm when it arrived. Andrew, the delivery driver, was so friendly! I would order from this location again.
I’ve never had a worse costumer service experience. I paid $50 in cash plus a generous tip and received zero of the items I paid for. Just two orders of Buffalo chicken and I don’t even like Buffalo. Called to let the store know and I honestly went to bed worried they had my address due to the level of hostility I received over the phone. Apparently it was my fault they didn’t label any of the boxes. They will harass you into admitting it’s your fault instead of correcting the order. Do not order from here.
Made a large order this morning and set the pickup time for 2hrs later to give them enough time to prepare. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with an attitude and foul language about how they “don’t do orders like this”. I should’ve read the reviews first, but now I know never to go back.
I live near this dominos and have ordered delivery from them multiple times. Order has always been correct, delivered on time, and the drivers are always friendly.
I ordered 100 some dollars of pizza and I called them asking if it’s ready for pickup. The lady picked up the phone, she told me that it was ready and l that I shouldn’t call but that I should come in and “figure it out myself”.
Wish I could give it 0 stars. We order food more than a hour before they closed giving them plenty of time and they never delivered the food. They wouldn't answer the phone and closed. Took our money and no response. Dont order from here.
They left my order in the lobby of the hotel and didn’t bother to let me know. When I questioned why they didn’t call or leave a message they hung up on me.
I ordered from this location online. When I went to pick up my order the door was locked and the two employees working ignored me. Saw me, still ignored me. I was charged but never got any food. The store is not open til midnight like it says. Horrible!!
