Placed a pickup order around 9:40pm, the store closes at midnight and the estimated pickup time window was 9:59-10:09pm. I walked to the store and was met with a locked door. One other person who placed an order was also confused. The store was clearly open and both of our orders said it was ready on the app. They looked at us several times and did not do anything. I tried calling the store and they ignored it. Stood there for 15 minutes as they stared at us and did not do anything even though we paid for it. Now we are struggling to get a refund for it.

the manger here is very disrespectful along with employees. she as in the manger will talk to you any way she likes. they don’t cancel your order so when you go to pick it up, you can’t get what you ordered anymore.. and is disrespectful on telling you why (got yelled at saying they were closed and to not go off the website information). plus your card still gets charged..?

Ordered for pick up like always, being I’m one block out of their delivery zone, even though I’m 5 mins away. Instead of giving me a call, they cancelled my order on the app. WhenI called in I was told they only do deliveries after 10, then when trying to ask another question, I was hung up on while speaking… I get it’s frustrating from an employee standpoint when corporate apps and websites aren’t updated, but the lack of service over the phone from the team at the store is what prompted this review.

They did my 2 Large Pizza really well . The delivery was really really fast & the food is great and very hot !! ??

If I could give this place a lower rating, I would. Do NOT order from this Domino's, period. It took 30-40 minutes for them to prep 2 small pepperoni pizzas and a small custom pizza with just cheese and pineapple, and they messed them up. The pepperoni pizzas were okay, but the biggest problem was with the third pizza. As stated as before, it was just cheese and pineapple. However, when it arrived there were pieces of what looked like ham on it. This nearly made my vegetarian friend throw up, since they were shocked to see meat on the pizza they ordered. We called the store and was immediately put on hold when we stated that we had a problem. We sat there listening to the same repeating messages for an hour. AN HOUR. WITH NO RESPONSE.Needless to say,DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

Horrible experience. I waited an hour and twenty minutes before checking on the status of my order. The Tracker App is worthless. After 80 minutes it says “Ian” is prepping my order. Tried calling the store directly. Ended up listening to an endless loop of commercials. This is ridiculous.

I order a food from them on 04/25/22 my order came up to $43.00 in so coin but I had a $50.00 and some ones dollar bills but teenaged son went downstairs to get it and the delivery person told him he can’t accept a $50 dollar bill and just left with out calling me and asking me if I had any smaller bills but I did. Never asked me or nothing . my son told him he can run upstairs to ask me if I had smaller bills but the delivery guy said no it’s ok and just left with our food. I was so mad very unprofessional .

Ordered a pizza at ~2:20pm. Was given a tracker email with indication that it was being prepped at 2:36pm. Estimated delivery time was 31-46 minutes. No change from prep status after an hour of waiting. Called in to check on the food. Was told there were still 4 customers ahead of me and one driver working. It would be another hour before my pizza would even be made. I cancelled on the spot and took my business elsewhere.Would have been less of an issue had it not been set to 'prep' status and not just order received.

I'm usually pro employee and anti customer. Let the employees do their job, they know what theyre doinf, but I ordered online, once it app told me my food was ready went to the store. Nobody acknowledged me or the 2 customers in front of me. I tried getting their attention, but the ignored me, just like the phone that one picked up. They kicked out 3 people for not wearing masks, but 4 employees weren't wearing masks. Finally after 40 minutes someone asked what's the name on order they gave me my food. My pizza was there the entire time. I really hope whoever runs this place sees all these reviews and temporarily closes the store so they train everyone the on customer service.

My girlfriend waited outside in the cold for 5 minutes for the driver to deliver the food, after already calling them to make sure they were going to the right location. They assured her the driver was about to be there after dropping another order off. She never called. Emma the driver never showed up. She went back to the store and said she called (she didn't). The very dense manager brandon claimed he saw her call logs and that she called. He didn't, because she never called. One of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Scum. I guess that's why Emma and Brandon work at Domino's lol.
