Maybe the best food experience of our lives. The staff was welcome and attentive and every single course was outstanding.My wife has a number of food allergies and we let Demi know ahead of time. They knew everything when we got there and it was so nice to not worry and have everything taken care of!

The meal started with a fantastic “dream weaver” of sorts for a pre dinner cocktail. It was customized and personalized and made a n impression…delicious... Telltale of Eleven Madison and similar ilk. The tasting menu and wine pairing were spot on. This restaurant is very close to 1 star and they are definitely hitting their stride and the team is doing a great job. Would recommend without any hesitation.

Journey for the Taste buds!We loved this experience the vibe was very relaxing romantic and educational. The tradition of restaurant was very unique from the building to the moving art on the wall. I was fortunate enough to receive a Demi gift card for two and secured reservations for a Saturday evening. Booking opens up the 1st of every month at 12:00pm - be prepared, as they fill up almost instantly.It is such a lovely experience from the moment you walk in the door. As you arrive, the mixologist will make a cocktail based on your personal preferences. You are then seated and from there begins what truly feels like a performance. The staff and chefs will tell you in detail about the wine pairing and corresponding course, ten courses total. Watching everything be prepared is so magically orchestrated…I love the horseshoe countertop seating, which allows everyone the opportunity to observe.All of the food was absolutely incredible, I enjoyed every single course even more than the previous one! At the end of your meal you are given an envelope with the entire menu and wine pairings listed out, as well as a box with a few little treats to bring home.The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and knows each guest by name. I really hope to have the opportunity to go back someday, I had such an amazing time!I cannot recommend Demi enough!
Incredible experience! The staff was phenomenal from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you are leaving. They accommodate diet restrictions and make it such a personal experience. Highly recommend trying at least once!
My husband and I celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary at this fantastic restaurant or perhaps better to say “dining experience” From the cozy front porch to the almost sitting around a family table “style” meal~We enjoyed watching the whole process from start to finish! Each course was delightful surprising and served alongside a perfect pairing from cocktails, wines, tea and cider. Outstanding experience that we both admitted might be the BEST meal of our lives! I didn't know a dining experience could be so magical, for lack of a more powerful word. The food was art, the staff felt like close friends, and my next experience at Demi could not come soon enough! No person should miss out on an incredible, unique, simply life changing experience such as this. I have recommended all my friends and family go and will continue to do so.
