Darbar has really amazing Indian food. The food looked great and was cooked perfectly. Easily one of the best Indian restaurants in the twin cities. Definitely going back.

Darbar India grill is one of the best India restaurants in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The taste and quality of food is super high.Ambience and staffs are so cool and fabulous. This is my go to place which i enjoy to the fullest.Everyone should go there and try best Indian cuisine they ever had.

I usually go to India palace or dancing Ganesha, and as a latina i have tried plenty of Indian food cos I love spicy. This is the best one! I love it! The service was amazingly friendly and fun. 10/10 will be coming here or ordering here from now on.

This place has a great potential to do better. It already have good customer service and consistent taste. Here are a few things they need to improve, again, these are small changes that can completely change the experience here:1. Better silverware, plates, serving dishes. The silverware here looks like the cheapest from Walmart. It honestly do not go along with the location of this restaurant. It’s not a big investment honestly.2. Decoration: Sometimes simplicity is best. The decorations they had 3 years ago including the lentils and beans in a glass container in the shelves and cheap pearls in a glass bowl with water stains and no water on the tables etc needs to go.By no means this is affecting the DELICIOUS food they have but it’ll definitely affecting the experience this place could provide.I visit this restaurant every now and then and enjoy the food every single time. They do have parking in the back, just make sure to ask the server to validate the parking.Enjoy!

Authentic. Flavorful. Delicious! We were looking for somewhere to stop on our way through Minneapolis on a road trip and their menu immediately cause my mouth to water.Had Samosas, Garlic Naan, and Aloo Gobi. Hubby had the Chicken Korma. Everything was absolutely delish!...So Delicious in fact that on our way back home we made sure we timed it right to come back for a second lunch helping.I had to repeat the Samosas and Garlic Naan. Followed with Lamb Vindaloo. Hubby had the Chicken Korma and Makani. Everything was incredible.Just like the authentic home-cooked meals that our Tamil friends cook for us. ?

Very nice people, they came by every 10 minutes to make sure things were all good. We ordered the naan, chicken curry and biryani, which were all fantastic. Next time, I will order them at a spicier level, as a 2 was a little too mild. All in all a great time.

The service was great and the food was amazing

I’m only giving this place a star just so I can write how bad this place is first off I asked these guys for a mango ice cream and they gave me and I got a scoop of frozen mango laasi Although the image might say something else. The portion was so small finished it in one bite

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I am a delivery driver for lots of different platforms, and almost every order I pick up from here is NEVER ready!. Its always a 10-20 minuet delay. So on this particular day, I wanted to purchase a bottle of water since I had to wait 10additional minuets. She tried to charge me 3.00 for a bottle of 16oz mountain spring water! I said wow! even though im a delivery driver, you would still charge me 3.00, I was expecting to pay 2.00 the most, at cardigan donuts, they GLADLY provide delivery drivers with a courtesy drink of their choice as well as a delicious donut of their choice! Here at darbar, they are greedy people who only care about taking your money. Now as a customer, the food is mediocre! we always go for the chicken tikka masala. It not great for the price they charge! The chicken are chunks of cubes, that taste like processed meat that was previously frozen, and microwaved! It tastes very processed, and unseasoned! Our garlic nan is always taste burnt. No garlic flavor whatsoever! You smell the garlic more than it taste like garlic. And they're overall attitude is poor.

We've been here a few times now. Had Vegetable Biryani, Mushroom Masala, Coconut Veg Curry, and I forget what else. All entrees were excellent and we will be back again!
