Usually love the service here, but today was intensely frustrating. 3 separate orders from 3 different party's were left to waiting 20 minutes for our orders while people that had ordered long after had their orders filled. I'm very glad I had time to wait, but it was frustrating. It wasn't very busy at all. There were at least 4 employees in the "kitchen" plus someone that appeared to be a manager, plus another employee that came and went a few times. They were not short employees. I think there was probably an excess of jazz cigarettes being passed around today. I intend to continue to adjust my reviews as my experience change.
Great place to cool off after a hike through Minnehaha Falls.
People were vaping while waiting for the food to be delivered. Staff notice the offenders and did absolutely nothing. Thoroughly disgusting.

Just another dairy Queen! It's always good in the neighborhood. A hot human day is complemented with a nice creamy treat from your neighborhood dairy Queen. Pretty average as far as dairy Queen goes. When it's a little bit above average with my rating because of the location and usually the amount of people working is does not compare to the traffic flow.
On Thursday,August 26, my children, friend, and I went to get some ice cream. We arrived around 9:30. We did see an employee locking up and I decided to call since it said they were open until 10. The employee told me that normally they stay open until 10:00 pm but because “ it is extra rainy” they were closing a half hour early. It was raining but not a torrential rainfall. We were disappointed.
