Great venue, super sweet team, well executed food. Service was a bit slow, I think we waited 40 minutes for our entrées and drinks lagged a bit as well, our server mentioned drinks and food were coming twice. We'll definitely be back soon, really positive experience overall.
We saw Storyhill here on our first outing here. The place is very cool and food was good also. Our next outing here is for Jim Caruso's Cast Party on July 24th. We have been going to Cast Party for many years at Birdland in NYC. He is a class act as is his partner Billy Strich. They never fail to entertain. Don't miss it!!!
Crooner’s supper club is a great place to go for tasty food, great live music and yummy cocktails! There is plenty of free parking, when Crooner’s lot is full, the strip mall’s empty parking lot adjacent to theirs has plenty of space. We went there on a Friday night to see The Randy Newman Songbook with Prudence Johnson and Dan Chouinard. So excellent. My favorite part was pointing at the “no side conversations” when my hubby tried to talk about Newman (his fav musician) during their performance. Thank you Crooners! Serving staff were friendly and attentive. The Dunsmore Jazz Room is an awesome place to see/hear live music, small and intimate.
The Easter show (with Robert Robinson and his group) was, as expected FABULOUS! The "Dirty Dean Martini"s were small and not nuanced; the bruschetta we'd hoped would be on toasted bread (it was not). And, its taste was not very interesting. And, the walleye cakes had too much "filler" per amount of fish. Service was "OK" and we understand that COVID has put lots of pressure on retaining usual staff--so, we're alright with that.
Lori Dokken had a fabulous show there that was a must see(hear)! Her voice was just as beautiful as when I first heard her years ago. Probably better. Crooners supports live music and serves dinner beforehand. The food is great! Definitely a place to experience in your lifetime!
Top of the line supper club. A place to relax and spend a nice night out. Great music choices. We've been to both jazz and country shows. The food is amazing here from the apps to the main entrees.
Had an absolutely wonderful evening listening to Dan Chouinard and Judi Vinar. Food was delish including the Malbec and cocktails. Coffee and desert were a great finish. Jazz and food, who could want more?
Saturday night show and dinner were enjoyable. We arrived at 6:50 and scored a booth at the side of the stage. Food was served during the show and was somewhat dark for eating. The space was crowded , tables and chairs tightly packed in. Looking forward to another night here!
Went to see Mick Sterling doing a set of Billy Joel hits. Incredible performance. 12 piece band, with 3 back up singers. Well worth the cover charge. Played for nearly an hour and a half. Great job.Food was good, too
Love this place! Music and food and venue!
