It was subpar at best. The server seemed like she was having a bad day considering that my husband was asked if he wanted an appetizer just a few seconds after getting the menu. The host was kind but didn't really care to seat us. And my buger was tough. However with the selection of meat, it was expected. It was overall a 3 in experience.
We strolled in at about noon after drag brunch on a Sunday, it was quiet. We sat on the rooftop, it was a gorgeous day. Bartenders were super friendly. It was great for a few drinks and an appetizer!! Queso dip w/ beef (delish). I believe they can be crazy busy but I liked the quiet vibe! Will go back!
Michelle honestly made the Cowboys Jack experience. I would not have come here if I didn’t have a great experience with Michelle. She made sure to tell us the full menu, and was a great host! Definitely will come back, thanks to Michelle! 5 stars!
Rooftop was awesome. Prices are a bit spendy for the food quality, but it's a downtown bar next to Target Field so have your expectations in the right place.
We went to this location for happy hour and when we arrived, were told that there is no happy hour at the downtown location. We did each have a drink and had some appetizers. The service was decent.. The drinks and food were fine, but we will not be going back to this location. Almost every other bar/restaurant has a happy hour, so we will find another place to spend our money.
I brought a group there I didn't go in. The group I brought was very happy there. I did get a chance to talk to staff there. There were very nice to talk to. They were grilling that day and it smelled very good.
Cool place. A bit loud for my liking on a Sunday afternoon, but the food was good and my server was great. Definitely want to come back on a Friday night where that energy is more appropriate.
We came here midday while waiting for our dinner date appointment. We enjoyed some appetizers and drinks and had a great time.I've seen this place from the outside get pretty busy at night, but during the day, it was fine and there was plenty of tables to choose from.Appetizers were quick and very cheap and drinks were the standard bar-price ($6-15).As for the service, we had a great waitress who was attentive and took great care of us. She later went home and we had a new waitress who didn't really seem to know what she was doing, but she was younger and probably a little less experienced--still, friendly. We did have to wave her over when we were ready to go (she was just standing and looking around), but she came and took care of us.Although we prefer the Apple Valley and Bloomington locations, this was a good experience and we wouldn't avoid coming back.
Great place to grab some drinks after a game or to meet up with friends. The Kegs & Eggs New Years Day Party is one party you don’t want to miss here.
It was the first time me and my girlfriend ever went to cowboy jacks and the only reason we went was for a concert. the 1st waitress we had was very rude and b*tchy and just wanted our money so I didn't tip her. later on she left and we got a much better waitress that actually cared about serving customers. overall over half the time most of the waitresses and bar team members just stand around and don't do anything. It also took 20 mins just for the 1st waitress just to bring us our drinks. for being there for the 1st time and seeing how most of them don't care about their customers and are all about money. don't waste your time.
