Laid back little coffee shop with a good amount of seating and chill music. This is a great place to grab a coffee and get some work done or talk with friends. Parking can defintely be hit or miss since it was busy when I went so I just parked further down the road and walked since it was nice out.The lady who took my coffee order displayed this cheerful personality and had great customer service. Lately, I just haven't noticed good customer service being displayed, but the two workers working today just put off a good vibe that made me feel welcome so it was nice to see this. I went with the chai tea latte and it was absolutely refreshing on a hot day. The spice was subtle and didn't overpower the drink. There was a nice balance between the sweet and spice that made it a great chai tea latte.
GINGER MALEEMPLOYEE WAS AWFUL. I don’t know what was going on, but my sister and I walked in to Corner Coffee in Uptown and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and another bakery item. We were kind and easy and the man waiting on us was incredibly rude. He was a stalkier man with red hair and a beard. He was cold the entire time and when giving us our food, he literally threw the bag with the bagel in it and the bag with the bakery item on the counter not saying a word. He also touched our bakery items with his bare hands without washing them which is disgusting considering everything we’ve been through with Covid. Alas, we didn’t say anything about it because we’re not those kind of people. We truly don’t understand what would warrant this kind of treatment. We’d understand a little if we had been difficult or disrespectful but that wasn’t the case. Definitely never coming here again and wish I would’ve returned my item and demanded my money back. The food and coffee is incredibly “mid”, as well. But whoever the ginger male employee is needs to be schooled on how to treat kind customers. How embarrassing.
Nice little place to hang for a while and have some coffee, do some work. Nice tea selection too.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend and I walked in there and were very friendly and nice and immediately the ginger colored hair worker was so rude for absolutely no reason at all. He was glaring the whole time I spoke, rolled his eyes when giving me my bagel (after he put it in the toaster with no gloves), and didn’t say a word to us. When I was ordering he didn’t even speak to me. It was the most uncomfortable thing ever. I will never go back there. You guys might want to hire nicer employees (or even someone who can just fake a smile and say hello or have a good day…or just not roll their eyes and glare) or eventually you’ll have no business cus of this guy. Yikes.
The ginger guy who works there is rude for no reason also doesn’t wash their hands or wear gloves after touching bacon and then makes someone’s coffee ew
Dropped in for a mid afternoon Americano and a croissant. Both were perfection. I love the use of purchasable plants for the decor!
Best coffee in the world, visited all corner coffee locations and this one is my favorite. The staff, and the atmosphere is why it's the best. What's to love are the plantiful plants, the great music playing softly in the background, the warmth of the staff and the big space, the way the seating is arranged allows the sun to beam in through the front doors and its a magical time. This is how one should always enjoy their first cup of coffee.
Lackluster service, disappointing coffee, nice dining space. If you’re looking for a place to get good quality coffee I would suggest somewhere else. If you’re looking for a place to take cute Instagram pictures this is the place.
Great space to sip coffee and study! Love the layout and would highly recommend the eggnog latte.
Corner coffee uptown is a beautiful gem in a city that's going through so much. The atmosphere is definitely an uptown feel. Laid back and amazing staff. This place is my morning go to before work.
