This is my favorite ice cream place!! The employees are courteous and the place is clean. They have 10+ flavors (my favorite being banana ;), and they have many toppings! The ice cream is rich and creamy- a perfect texture, and the flavors are delicious! Have never had ice cream from here that disappointed.
I got the new Silk chocolate ice cream and it was AMAZING! Very tasty and filling. So happy they have a non dairy option that's still ice cream. Hopefully they will have more non dairy flavors in the future. Also warning if you are vegan or lactose intolerant, if you get toppings mixed into your ice cream they mix it in on a surface that will cross contaminate dairy into your ice cream.
This location doesn't post their holiday hours on Google and happened to close at 7pm on the 4th of July. That's a respectable time, but again, not listed on Google. We stopped at 7:05. They had a terribly written sign on their door and it was locked while there were still customers inside that appeared to still be waiting to order. If customers are flowing you'd think it would stay open. There were at least two other vehicles with multiple customers that stopped when we did. This location just missed out on 6+ orders. Just post your hours on Google please.
Staff had really negative attitudes when I wanted to use my BOGO for my birthday. Also didn’t give me a spoon for my ice cream, what’s up with that?
I ordered a birthday cake for my brother online and it did taste good, but there was barely any mix ins! I don't think they even added the 3rd mix in which was cookie dough and you can taste that in a bite. Spending $28+ on a small 6" round cake, it'd be nice if you get what you pay for, ya know? Enjoying every bite would be great!
Went in today 5/21 at 4:30 to get an ice cream. Young man making customers orders was wiping his face, mouth and wiped his nose then proceeded to serve me when I asked him to please wash his hands before he began to prepare my order. He was very frustrated and kept taken back at my request. How disgusting to see people in the food industry not care about what they do before serving people ?!

Overpriced, hyped up ice cream. For 1 cup of coldstone, i would get a half gallon of ice cream from walmart for cheaper.
Quite a few weeks ago I visited this location for ice cream with my two little grandchildren. One of the workers, Macy, was very helpful and answered all my questions (which was a lot- I haven't been to a Cold Stone in a couple years! I'll be much more frequent now after this visit) and was very interactive and kind to my grandchildren. She was working with a couple other people, and I could tell that she brings a very dynamic chemistry to the workplace and appears to be well-liked by her co-workers. Macy seemed very excited and happy to be doing her job, which isn't something you see a whole lot of these days in customer service. I was very impressed with this young woman. I will definitely be coming back...5/5.
