Food was an aspect of our wedding that we took very seriously and Chowgirls delivered. We gave them our dream menu and they worked with us to come up with something that exceeded our expectations. They hosted my wife and I to a tasting and we ended up being so with our entrées that we decided to also go with them for our dessert. Several guests at our wedding also were impressed at the quality of the food and approached us after the event to give the food accolades The service the day of the wedding was very attentive and we didn’t have any problems with serving over 200 people and they delivered it all in a timely fashion. When my wife and I look back on our wedding 13 1/2 years ago, we think of Chowgirls as the part that made the rehearsal dinner at our house AWESOME. They came in ready to excite and delight with a delicious and creative vegetarian menu. I still remember the goat cheese and onion marmalade, as well as the ravioli. For several years, the talk of our family and friends was "remember that amazing rehearsal dinner Rebecca and Jonathan had catered?" The best surprise was 5 years later when my wife got them to prepare some food for an anniversary picnic. As someone who has been cookng fine vegetarian food for many years, my wife and I have developed very discriminating tastes, yet we still crave a meal from Chowgirls. We will need to come up with an excuse to use them this summer, I am sorry we have not had an occasion to use them since, but they are a special part of our wedding weekend memories.
