The worst Chipotle ever. If the Upside Down had a Chipotle, it would be this one. Inside is disgusting with trash overflowing the bins and piling up on the floor, they were out of half the food options and the employees looked beat down like they just returned from an awful war. When we went there we experienced the added bonus of a crazy person occupying the front of the dining area screaming profanities at everyone.
The lobby was a disaster. They were out of multiple items. It was near closing time and the staff seemed shell shocked. In their defence it was a day when there were hundreds of fencers competing at the convention center, and I think the staff got slammed with traffic way beyond what would be usual for the day.
The epitome of human sadness. I sincerely feel for the workers of this store. Whatever they're being paid, it's not enough. There was ONE poor lady working the line and register. The line was an absolute disaster and they were out of many standard options. With a defeated and depressed resolve, she did the best she could to accommodate a long, ever growing line of hungry and annoyed people. The dining area was absolutely demolished. The drink/utensil area was trashed and empty. It looked like the remnants of a food fight. It was clear there was not enough staff to even attempt to clean the area. It was unreal. I simply can't imagine walking into this situation everyday knowing that cleanup will take you hours at the end of your shift.I can't believe Chipotle Corporate is ok with this situation.
Who manages this place? It's disgusting. Dirty metal containers stacked on the prep table. Cross contamination with the food. The guy looked like he was in pain while serving me. I walked out when I saw him drop a glove and put it on to start serving me. Y'all need to be inspected.
It was pretty good. The person working gave me the right amount of sour cream which makes me want to go again. Clean. Everything you would hope for
Employees look stressed out!!! The cook looked like she was struggling and made comments about how exhausted she was. And I don’t blame her. There were two girls up front making food while also working the cash register with a line almost going out the building. Ridiculous. I would’ve quit.
My worst experience ever! Those employees are over worked and and under staffed. I will NEVER go here again. The employees were customer friendly even under the circumstances.
No ice in the pop machine, no napkins, pop is warm put of the machines, slow workers. Guy making my burrito even stopped working to go ask a girl in the lobby if she was single.
The worse. Looks like everyone do whatever they like. First under staff. Take more 10 them 10 min when was only 2 costumer all the pans look very dirty or look like the food be sitting to long. The crew member look angry. My food was make it wrong was afraid to said something because they don't look very happy they have very bad attitude..And when was time to pay the cashier take about 7 min to help. This Chipotle is completely garbage
Ordered online and ten minutes later walked in after the app told me my order was ready. It WAS NOT. Waited 30 more minutes for my food that was supposedly ready. I watched two really long lines receive their food while I waited. The cashiers wouldn't help when we asked where our food was, but rather proceeded to fill their cups with soda. Worst chipotle ever, will NEVER return.
