Don't think I am ever coming back here even though I work a block away from this store.I ordered a blended drink and wanted it with a shot of cream. I had to repeat myself 3 times about adding cream. Ended up paying $7 for a drink that wasn't blended well at all. All of the ice was on top and the juice/syrup on the bottom. No cream in there at all either even though I asked multiple times.While I was waiting, it was not busy at all and there were 5 people working, none of them bothered to tell me my drink was ready. Very unfriendly staff, which I don't remember from a few years ago.
Always a friendly, helpful staff every time I go to this Caribou Cafe.Located on a busy street so it's very easy to get to, and is within four/five blocks walking from the Twin Cities light rail station at US Bank Stadium.Great selection of both brewed coffees and coffee inspired drinks, as well as pastry, breakfast and lunch sandwiches.Patrons are both friendly & engaging. And one can always recognize the regulars who frequent this Cafe.I find myself returning to this store again and again.

Was sitting in shop having aconversation with my daughter.A man being loud on speaker phone and playing music loud disrupted out conversation. I asked him 3 times to be respectful. Iattempted to have staff intervene.And I was asked to leave.I will never go to that location againWhy ask me to reply to customer relations if they aren't going to respond?
Nice coffee. Staff was ok. Found a free parking spot in the lot with no wait.
I was so disappointed this morning about this location downtown Minneapolis 5th St/ Washington. I ordered a medium Breve ahead, I arrived and I still have to wait more than 15min for my drink when finally was ready, it was a medium cup full of foam. Paid more than $5 for cup of foam even when my order says no foam. 4 people working and you still have to wait more than 15min for drink, it terrible.I need my money back.
This was a great experience!!! The folx working there were SO happy & helpful... the coffee was really tasty, too. They seem to welcome the LGBTQ community, too. A fine place to catch up with good friends over nummy coffee!!!
Not impressed. Sorry. I want to give you 5, but employee performance is important to me. Didn't cut it this time.

This was my first visit to this location. I arrived at 7:15am and it was not too busy. I saw a cart with fresh bagels on it, and decided to get the everything bagel toasted with chive cream cheese. Best ever! The mint mocha was great also. Shop was clean and industrial decor, a couple students studying there. Katherine took my order and was sweet as can be. Great way to start my day. I'll be back.
