Awesome food that's fresh. Best lunch option in the twin cities?

My sandwich was dry and disappointing. I’m sure to try again and hope for something more appealing. The idea of the sandwich is wonderful just needs a little fine tuning.

My wife and I decided to stop in for a quick weekday lunch to support a new neighborhood business and to see what the hype is about. A+ experience all around- friendly staff, space to sit and eat but most importantly incredibly delicious sandwiches (we tried the Dipper and the smoked trout club). Thrilled to have Carbon Kitchen in the neighborhood and will definitely be back.

Really tasty and unique sandwiches options that come with seasoned homemade chips. I particularly love their twist on a turkey reuben (don’t expect a traditional Reuben). I can’t wait to try all their vegetarian/vegan options as well.

delicious, can't wait to go back and try other menu items

Best sandwich in the city. Not even close. The hot chicken club might be the best sandwich I have ever ordered out… in my life.

New favorite sandwich shop. The chips were amazing. It’s a cute space that I didn’t know exist until now.

Our first time at Carbon Kitchen & Market, and the food was really delicious! We had the pit beef French dip sandwich, the trout Rueben sandwich and a side of grilled vegetables with their house made cheese sauce. All the sandwiches can instead be done as a grain bowl, which we’ll try on our next visit. The people were super nice and the place is cozy (and immaculate!). Highly recommend!

SO good! We live close so it has become one of our go to lunch spots. The depth of flavor of both the meat and vegetables is superb.

Truly a great addition to the neighborhood! From the start it's been clear they are serving great food with great service. Right now they serve sandwiches or grain bowls but it seems like they have plans to broaden the menu to include soups and more in the future. While they have vegetarian options, their main selling point is the superb meat (Pit beef, turkey, chicken, trout) they pack into the sandwiches. My favs are the Turkey Pastrami Reuben and Grilled Chicken Hot Club. Everything is served with chips that are very thin and generally crunchy (sometimes chewy). Would recommend having some napkins nearby as it is likely the sandwiches' structural integrity may fail before you finish.
