The service is terrible. There is a bald Caucasian man who "claims" to be the manager. But a manager would never represent his brand so poorly. I manage 7 restaurants, and i have never experienced service so disrespectful. He refuses to wear gloves while preparing sandwiches and other entres he touches with his bare hands. And gets hostile if you request for him to do so. This morning he refused to acknowledge me as he took my order, and aggressively walked away from the register after i told him my request. When i asked him if i offended him, he went off on me and refused me service. I did not wish to engage in his hostile behavior so i left. And i will never return. I am actually in the process of reporting this establishment to oshea for poor hygine. After a global pandemic; washing your hands and wearing gloves to protect your patrons is a necessity. Dont eat here.
Food is amazing, order the cuban!
The best lunch spot in the North Loop, hands down
Solid sandwiches, crunchy pickles. A bit hard to find as no street entrance.
I encourage everyone to get the Ron's bodybuilder great turkey sandwich excellent Ricky bars love the new cook and Josey.
Such a hidden gem!! Sandwiches are fresh. Atmosphere is great. A new favorite lunch spot.
Very nice spot to have lunch
Great place to eat and the Brownies are AMAZING. Good customer service also.
I've been here a few times and tried a few different sandwiches. All are really good, fresh ingredients. Friendly service and reasonably priced. I feel lucky having this place in my neighborhood.
I thought they gave me a half sandwich when I first saw the wrapped sandwich in my to-go box. Turns out it was just really small! For $10, I hoped for a bigger sandwich. The pics on Google are a bit misleading. The sandwich was pretty tasty, but the meat was only like 1/8" thick (or less). Also, I got the runs really bad that evening, and my sandwich from McGee's was the only food I had during the day. So, all in all, I probably won't eat here again.
