I ordered a build your own burrito, shredded beef Barbacoa , cheese, lettuce, sour cream, pinto beans, white rice, pico, and mild salsa with a bag of chips and a small guacamole. I had to eat half of the burrito before I seen any meat, and very little at that. I didn’t taste any cheese in it, so I started looking for it in the burrito and couldn’t find any. My bill was over $27.00 I wasn’t pleased with the order, don’t think I will ever order from here again.
The people who run this place are bullies. They run trivia on Tuesday nights . The owner and staff say I don't buy anything ever. Totally untrue. I have the receipts. The owner of the trivia franchise, dean Maser told the owner I was banned from another bar 10 years ago. I'm all alone in the world .no family or friends. I waited 2 years for trivia to come back..and I have to be browbeaten like this. A person can only take so much. Their food isn't very good, anyway
It was admittedly a slow Sunday late-afternoon, so service might not normally be so fast but our food was prepared in an instant and the bar staff was super friendly. Happy hour prices for beers were great too!
Excellent service, Excellent food, Excellent beer! Rockstar recommended! Came here for before our show at the Varsity Theater. Tacos were very generous work fillings. Walking distance if you're touring musician. They'll treat you right ???
STOP THE KARAOKE!!! Taco Tuesday used to be the best. I always recommend it, now Im not coming back on Tuesday. My ears actually hurt and it ruined my night. All the staff are great tho
This is my absolute favorite go to spot especially for taco Tuesday! I’m really disappointed in the recent addition of karaoke on this night. I don’t want to listen to people screeching all night trying to sign. My ears r bleeding!!! The way Nobody wants this!!
So much to say.. beginning with the lovely crew of bartenders 10/10. They are approachable and kind. The manager is where i have an issue. I have came in a few times and each time he has screamed at customers. He is clearly grasping at the little power he has as a manager at a bar that serves very mediocre Mexican food. They also are trying too hard to make it a party scene when people just want to go there to chill at a table and chat with their friends. If people wanted to dance they would go to Blarney. Know your niche
I have gone there twice and each time there has been a bug in my drink. The bartenders were nice about it and remade my drink but the whole place feels like a health code violation.
Worst bar on campus. Everything is overpriced. There’s a draft in the main bar and the music is bad. Act like they’re a high-end establishment when they are a campus bar.
Such good food and quick to come out after I ordered. It’s close to my office, so will be going back, probably to much.
