Rude got my whole order wrong which was 2 items. 1 1 whopper Jr. With cheese forgot my cheese and a coke no ice. I got diet and ice. They are constantly making mistakes and every person I've encountered in the drive through is disrespectful. Seems every burger King I go to is getting worse
Don’t waste your time here, go to the NE Burger King. They rush you through the order and are very rude. This is absolutely the worst place. They don’t deserve the one star at all.
I have to say thx to Burger King and the good people that work here for the excellent breakfast I ate a few days ago and such great coupon deals, good work.
This place is terrible, I've been here a few times because its the only one in the area. Its always an issue with my order and the employees.
5 stars to the red head girl at this burger King not only did she have great customer service she also hand my order ready at the window and I order about 10 different things ?
Cold . Poor customer service . Food order was all wrong , they won't fix it . Also my fries was cold ! Aaaπ .
First off those employees are rude ?She kept asking me to repeat my order over then in mid conversation told me to hold on and then asked me to start over because she messed up?.Then once she finally got the order I pulled up to get it and had to wait like 10 more minutes at the window before and one even came to it.The special we got didn't look nothing like what was advertised..It was so much sauce on the burger and chicken sandwiches we had to wipe them off to pick them up..?I ended up tossing my food out and the other person said there sandwich was ok.Bk used to be at the top of the chain...They just give you anything now...??
Today is Friday January 21st 2022 @ 7:13 am and I went to the Burger King At 3200 N Washington Ave Minneapolis,Minnesota. And guess what… THEIR CLOSED! They were supposed to open up at 7am, but Nope their closed, There was one of the employees SLEEPING in their car in the parking lot.. SMH. I’ve been to this location several times and just like today the building is closed COMPLETELY DARK, NO LIGHTS ON & NO EMPLOYEES per usual… And when they are open (BY THE GRACE OF GOD) they have some of the RUDEST ATTITUDES. I literally dislike going to that location at ANYTIME. But they are on my way to work and I go there from time to time (WHEN and IF their open) please please look into the way this location is ran. This location could be missing a lot of money, all because of the way this Burger King is.
These employees don’t even put a sign up when the decide to leave for the day at 4:30pm ona Monday! The line is wrapped around the corner and you sit at the intercom for as long as you can stand it just to pull to the window and see that there is no one working!! Call, no answer! I mean at least turn the lights off or write a sign that says closed just tacky
The old back dude tried to confront me cause he messed up my order! Had the nerve to tell me what I said when I never asked for 2 meals! I went with it and he still messed up the contents of the order! Last time going to the ghetto one. He should have just did his job and fixed his mistake instead of having an attitude because he can’t hear and press buttons!
