This place in a dump. It looks like an abandoned building from the outside, and it smells like one on the inside. They place is dirty, smells and is very depressing. Don't say nobody warned you. And the beer is a nice warm room temp. I was here for about 10mins too long with some friends. Years ago this place was nice. But if you like mething around this is the place to be.
Came here a few weeks ago. They just now ran my credit card. They also charged me twice for the same transaction! What kind of place does that! Unless you want this place to illegally charge your card weeks after the fact, do not go there!
Ah I'll start with the location and establishment .. it's a bar with character not too classy. And people aren't scary and very friendly. Place could use an update and best suited for a dive bar title or a bar to go to when it's over crowded. The Bands that play are good and entertaining

Our bartender V was just absolutely amazing! The atmosphere and hominess of everything at bullwinkles just made us absolutely at home here in minneapolis even though we're from out of town! Absolutely stunning!
I loved the spot when I went but they charged my card 4 times with 4 different amounts about a month after the fact. Happened to a bunch of my friends too. Tried to call and they never called back. Had to reach out to my bank for reimbursement
They just tried to take 50$ from my cash app I screenshot it I have evidence and suspicion to believe they need to be investigated I never been here. and their closed somethings not right I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.
