The current roster of reviews currently outlined under this establishment stink to high hell of corporate espionage/purchased rating tanking. This is one of the most well oiled BWW in the region, if not the best. Immediate waiting staff attention and warm fresh dishes are a staple. Not stingy with sauce like other locations. A gem of corporate chain locations. If you are familiar with the concept of corporate flagship retail locations that embody the essence of a storefront; this is the flagship BWW.

Had a group of us visiting from out of town. First impression was that it's completely dead for being a Saturday night. Got seated then had to scan on our phones for menus which was no big deal, the part that I didn't understand is having to order from your phone instead of giving your order to the waiter/waitress. Whats the point of having a waiter/waitress at that point? It was very confusing and when we didn't order something, our waiter would make a comment about it not being ordered thru the phone. I'm not sure if he was trying to be funny or just rude. We got our food, one got a burger and a side and another wings. Burger was alright but the wings tasted like they were sitting out for more than 5 mins. Some were lukewarm and some were cold. We love going to Buffalo wild wings but this visit was just not the best experience.

Sorry have to change my review as I ordered a 20/20 bundle, fries, 6 ranch, 1 blue cheese, 1 carrot and I received only 9 traditional wings, 10 boneless wings, 4 ranch. The order was completely messed up. When I called them Taylor answered the call and he was being rude and said that he packed the order and it's right. When I said are you saying that I am lying he said I don't know sir but I packed the order it should be correct. I go there once or twice a week and this is how they treat the customer. And when I asked him what you want me to do, should I bring it back or what?? And he said I am sorry I can't do anything. I would say guys if you are ordering, order it from other locations. As they make mistakes and don't want to accept and be rude to the customer. I would never ever come back to this location. I asked him can I talk to your supervisor and he said he is not in the store. It's really bad to have this happen when you have been a regular customer.would never want Taylor to be a service guy anywhere as he can destroy the name of the company

The service and food were horrible. My boneless chicken came out ice cold. The street tacos came out so salty we couldn't even eat them. The qr code did not work to order and we kept getting an error of server not available and the workers kept saying they have never seen that happen. The Buffalo chicken ranch wrap only had chicken on half of it and the other half was all shredded cheese. Couldn't find a server to tell them and waited forever to be able to even get the bill to pay since the qr code didn't work. I will not return to this location and will stick to the one by where I live and people actually take your order at the table.

I don’t think I will ever go to a Bdubs ever again lol.We went at like 3pm on Sunday May 1st. Ordered the “Wild Bloody Mary” and it tasted like spicy ketchup, had no salt rim and just a couple random olives floating around. I asked for it to be remade with all the garnishes and the salt rim that you pay $10 for and they brought back the same exact drink, poured into another glass, with a tiny dusting of salt and a celery stick plopped in. They also still use the mobile order system where you can’t really customize anything at all and it was a pain to use in general.Food took forever (even though there were like 5 other people in the restaurant). Came out cold, wings were dry as a bone, queso was so watery it just slipped off the chips. We did get fried pickles, those were alright.I literally never go to Bdubs but we had a random gift card and figured “why not”, but man it’s actually comical how unsatisfying everything was. Never again lol. The waitress was nice though! Was really sweet and helpful regardless.

we went to eat there and it was so good!! our server was grant, he was so good to us and always had a smile on his face. he would talk to us and help us with our questions we had 10/10 would go back again when I am down in the cities!!

We waited about an hour to get ice cold food. We also got overcharged. They brought my wife the wrong (cheaper) chicken sandwich and charged her extra for coleslaw and brought her fries. So they stole about $4 from us. But we had to get back to the robotics competition across the street so could not really argue. I won't go back to a place that steals from me. Had a terrible experience at the Monticello location too a few weeks earlier. Never going to Buffalo Wild Wings again. Apparent their standards have went downhill fast across the organization.

Virtually no sauce actually on the wings. Took 30 minutes to get order in the ridiculous phone app. Wait staff was good

Never been a fan of this place, but it was close. Really don't care for ordering on my phone, but since they are short handed like so many other businesses I do understand. Food was just ok.. what servers they did have were very nice. Wonder if people will ever want to go back to work??

Had to order from phone. Was very difficult to see menu. Waiter was frustrated with us when we asked for a paper menu. Feel this a way for BW3 collect info on you. If I go out to eat, I don't want to struggle to order my food. I would like to interact with someone.
