i have always loved the bagels here, they’ve been my favorites and it’s close to my house so i go all the time. i always get an everything bagel and a five cheese bagel, though today when i got the two, they looked significantly different. i’m not sure what happened or why they are really different now but it makes me really sad. i don’t like the changes in either of them and i really want to know why it’s different. and i hope it’s just a one time thing.

I mobile ordered here this morning before leaving my house using the Bruegger's app. I got there about 20 minutes later and my order wasn't ready. I then waited for about another 10 minutes before asking about my order, and they told me they were making it. At this point it would have been way faster just to wait in line and order. The woman working there then informed me they were out of the kind of bagel I ordered, which was super frustrating because I had already waited a while to get my food, but I just requested a different kind of bagel. When I finally went to eat my food, I found she had not given me the substitute I requested and made my sandwich with a totally different kind of bagel.

I use this location frequently and in general I am happy with it's service. The days I get off work early enough to make it in before they close, I like to call ahead and place am order for pick up. They close at 2 and I can make it in a few minutes before they close. Sadly on a few occasions I have tried calling ahead multiple times and no one answers. I still go in even when they do not answer but sadly they are out of the cinnamon sugars bagels which its what I usually get. I am only posting this in the hopes that it gets to them and there could be some change regarding picking up the phone right before they are ready to close.

Usually pretty good, but I've gotten a half sized bagel for my farmhouse the last 5-6 times. See below for a regular sized bagel vs what I get

this location is always ridiculously slow. workers are often in a bad mood. love bruegger’s and always come here but it’s getting too much to wait in line 20 minutes while there’s only 2 people in front of you.

I stood in the store for 10 minutes. I ordered my food right when I walked in. After ten minutes, the red head pony tail guy was still talking about his weekend. Just started my sandwich. He wasn't doing anything else, just talking. When your at work your supposed to work. Bad help is not an excuse, they weren't slammed, just not working. Hard to stay open if you don't take the customers money. I'm working close to here and would have eaten here 5 days a week for a year. Now I will look somewhere else close by for breakfast.

The sandwiches and coffee are great! Service and ambiance LoL not so much!!! Figure out the dining space, seating or storage???

Staff attentive and friendly. Work as fast as they can when short staff. Patience is needed with covid, they do well.

The line was so long I had to wait 30 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. And they were stingy with the cream cheese. Still, it was delicious.

This Brueggers is excellent!! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I've never had a bad experience here. Beautiful old building as well--if you visit, you should stop in to enjoy the architecture at the same time.
