Very efficient staff and outstanding food. Portions are just right and delicious. 15% non gratuity fee added per check but looks like why the staff operates efficiently and happily.

Visiting from out of town, and had an amazing dinner at Broders’. The mushroom Risotto was just perfect and the Fettuccine Con Manzo was to die for. Thanks for a great evening with our family!
Came here for some apps and wine. The bread they start you out with is great. I ordered the burrata because I was craving that and some wine. As you can see from the picture it looks more like a salad served with a tiny piece of burrata. I was very disappointed in it. It was good but not what I would consider a burrata app. I order burrata to focus on eating that not greens. I decided to order the calamari next and that was awesome! Perfectly fried, great greens with it and served with the aioli underneath. I ended up mixing it up like a salad with dressing and loved every bite. My husband enjoyed his muscles. Pretty unique with sausage and corn in them. They weren’t served with the toasted bread as described though but we had plenty of bread with the bread basket and toasted bread that came with my app. The muscle broth was great to soak the bread in.I was sad to learn that they no longer had squid ink pasta on their menu. That was the reason this restaurant had been on my list to try. Hannah was our server and she was great. Very attentive and gave wonderful recommendations on wine and food.
Nice casual pasta bar. Food was good, not out of this world but its worth going in. However the dessert wine (vin santo) and triple berry crostata were very delicious!
It was great Pasta place to visit.Its not that expensive guys.Yeah they charge extra for wage equality, but dishes aren't that expensive and servers were super nice.
Awesome food! Try a little something from each section. From fresh bread to salty olives. From crispy calamari to to any sort of pasta or risotto you could possibly be craving! Service is good but not great. Certainly knowledgeable but not very engaging.

While technically the best pasta in the state. I will not support a restaurant that charges benefits an equity charges. Get woke, go broke. I hope you close permanently due to your liberal idiot mayor and the vax mandates that requires customers, but not employees to be vaxxed. You voted for this lunacy I hope you choke on it.
