Nice and friendly staff, but wasn’t impressed by the food whatsoever. I had a Bacon and Avocado Burger, which was typical at best, with uncooked “white” onions and stale house chips on the side. For a $15 burger, I’d absolutely prefer to go back to other local places such as Red Cow next time. My friends had the Rice Plate and Cobb Salad and felt better than I did. Overall, there is nothing I can point out that would make me excited to go back to Book Club. A mediocre American restaurant for times you forget to make a reservation well ahead of time at other nice places in Edina.

Met my grown kids for lunch (brunch) on a Friday afternoon. We sat outside on the street-side patio. It was quite pleasant considering it was about 82° and quite sunny. The patio could have used a couple more umbrellas to provide some respite from the sun. We had two Cobb Salads, a Breakfast Sandwich and a Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Everyone liked their food just fine. The french fries were tasty. All in all, we had a nice experience.

Excellent service and food - my steak salad was delicious! Sat by the windows and it was light and bright.

Delicious, fresh, scratch, comfort, friendly, ambiance... words I'd use to describe Book Club. We had skewers and the tofu to start. All were super tasty and highly recommend. We then had the broccoli mac and a fried chickend sandwich. The chicken sandwich was top notch. The mac was also fairly tasty.

I have nothing to complain about. My fiancé and I shared both the fried tofu and both the steak and chicken kabobs. All were amazing. I had the Broccoli Mac and Cheese with added fried chicken. And my fiancé had the fried chicken sandwich with house made chips. Neither of us talked while eating. It met our expectations and we will be back. We went fairly late and it wasn’t busy at all.

Excellent service, quality tasty food, excellent coffee. I suggest the bread pudding, deliciousness. Is not the classic latin bread pudding but it is nevertheless excellent, or it was to me, very very tasty. The drinks are good as well.

My sister always finds these unique little restaurants. They really spoke highly ov this location. I admit the food was good. Plenty of unique names for dishes. Even virgin drinks for minors. One being the rubber ducky. We were there for Mother's Day/Family Birthday event. Some feedback I would give. Music should be a compliment the atmosphere. Not be the atmosphere. Have the music play at a comfortable volume so that others can relax and enjoy it. Not shout over it or lean in hunched over to hear their group. The lighting was relaxing and food was well done.

A bit of a wait for the food today because of short staff. But food was worth it! Nice al fresco dining area. The one waitress hustled her butt off. Grilled cheese sandwich and chips were awesome ?.

The interior is so cute. The menu with the book theme is perfect. I had the goddess salad and French fries with an aperol spritz. Everything was great. The fries were thin cut and crispy. I took a piece of the chocolate torte home. The slice was big and I was able to get two days worth.

Went with a friend for dinner. Nice staff, comfortable environment, and good service. We each had tap beers, good selection. Ate the Korean skewers and the vegetables flatbread and added chicken. Finished off with carrot cake. All of the food was delicious and filling!
