I love the food here, it’s a definitely a go to pizza spot for me. The customer service can be very poor. Many times I have walked in where we are the only customer, and waited for minutes before anyone starts my order. If it were busy, that is totally understandable, but every time this has happened to me, it has been completely empty. There will be 3 employees who make eye contact with me, and then go about their conversation for the next 5 minutes before starting my order. Have talked to friends who surprisingly all share the same experience.
Grabbed a meat ?? LOVER pizza and added some items on they menu and definitely a good restaurant PIZZA wise I'll take over dominos or pizza hut any day GREAT STAFF AND CLEAN FACILITY TO DINE IN and SHOUTOUT TO MY BEST FRIEND SIDNEY THAT MADE MY PIZZA AS WELL
First time and was amazing and fast. Got the vegan veggie gluten free pizza. They made sure there was no cross contamination with the gluten free. Definitely will be back
It's not often I write a 5 star, but you guys are experts at disarming the Karen customers and keeping everyone else happy at the same time. Excellent food too. Keep up the great work guys!
Pizza is fairly priced, however the pizza itself is lacking. I ordered a pizza with cream sauce, and it didn't taste like much, almost bland. Biggest complaint is the amount of flour on the bottom as I was trying to eat it, not to mention the flour being burnt. The building itself is nice, and I like the build your own style in front of you.
Great pizza! Made fresh right in front of you. Ordered a build your own pizza. So, made to order. It took 5 to 10 minutes to make and bake. Ordered it to go. Great service! Clean restaurant. Great tasting pizza! Will definitely stop by again!
Pheng from Door dash delivered my pizza upside down after holding it like a book when exiting the car. Door dash refunded my money to Blaze Pizza but Blaze doesn’t return phone calls or answer emails. I actually beg anyone to try and get a refund or delivery of pizza that is satisfactory from Blaze Pizza in Minneapolis. Absolutely the worst experience and sure many others had had similar experiences.
I went into blaze to get pizza and they messed up my pizza entirely. They put a full handful of garlic on my pizza and left all the juices from the ingredients sitting in a puddle on my pizza. They gave me free pizza coupons to redeem themselves. I went to use the coupons a week later and they said they weren’t valid anymore. I am extremely upset. Will not be returning back to this business :(
To start - I absolutely love Blaze and the pizza always turns out pretty great. My problem is with the service. I know the service industry is struggling currently, but every time I order online, I have to wait an extra half hour PAST the said pick up time. Without fail.
Coming from Los Angeles, I was ecstatic hearing that Blaze Pizza was in Minneapolis. Best pizza and ingredients ever! Would recommend to everyone and can't beat that price for the build your own. Staff wasn't very fast or had any oomf in their step but it's on a college campus so can't ask for too much customer service.
