This is chill bar with good bar food. The Big Louie burger is good! The happy hour pricing is excellent! Not overly crowded and the staff is incredible. The vibe is mature as well as the patrons. Pull tabs and plenty of seating. Big Louies is wallet friendly! Especially during happy hour!

New meaning to horrible food. Probably in need of a menu makeover. Even the waffle fries tasted frost bit. Don't think I will ever buy food there again. We picked half of our plates and that was pretty bad. Just saying. Ok on the service, beer a little skunky. Overall poor experience.

Great place for late night bar food in the NW burbs--big fan of the poutine & also the variety wing platter off the app. menu--split them w/ a buddy + 2 large craft beers... spent around $30-35 w/ tip.Solid, friendly bartenders here slinging a decent selection of taps (not just IPA's!)

Service was slow. I'm assuming because they are understaffed. This place charges you extra for using your credit card! IS THIS NOT 2022! Who carries cash anymore! I guess the robbers can sit outside and wait on you to go in with cash. I will not be back.

Great bar, good food, fun service. Stopped by after Saturday morning errands, enjoyed an early lunch and a beer.

This review is based off my first and only time I’ll be going here: I try to be understanding of staff shortages but this was really disappointing. We (4 of us) sat at a high top and there was maybe a full bar and 3 other tables seated. The staff seemed way more interested in keeping the bar patrons happy. Our waitress was almost non-existent. We waited for close to an hour for our breakfast and when it got to our table most of our food was cold, over salted, bacon burned, and some items wrong. Overall really disappointing. I’ll give 1 star because the inside looks like it could be a really fun and cool place. I have no desire to return unfortunately.

We decided to finally try Louie's after living in the area for almost a year now, we won't be back. The sole reason for the one star review was a group of four menacing looking guys who were obviously over served. They were complaining loudly and angrily about "homosexuality" and using a multitude of derogatory slurs loudly enogh that we could clearly hear them from the complete other side of the bar.We each had ordered a drink and asked for a menu, but the bartender completely forgot to bring us menus and after about 20 minutes we had finished our drinks and she finally realized and gave us menus (she wasn't busy at all, there were many open seats). The entire time she pretended like the group of guys weren't being hateful and obviously too drunk to be served further. We took a check and left, will never return. This place is garbage. Bad staff, bad crowd.

Good environment. Friendly, engaging staff. I personally wouldn't recommend the spinach and artichoke dip. Not enough bread. The dry rub wings were good. I was told the brew pub pretzels were good.

Been here before and it was pretty good, but tonight I had a chicken wrap first half was good but second half all I could taste was moldy cheese. Told the waitress n she really didn't say anything ?or do anything about it. The smell n taste I felt like I might throw up, no lie. Never again

Above average neighborhood bar and grill. Has the neighborhood feel without the snooty cold shoulder from the regulars attitude. Good food with consistently great service.
