Ordered a cake for a birthday.For starters, yes I know I ordered the small. The sides are SO low-I would have been better off getting multiple pints from the store. As well, the ice cream was bland and they misssed an inside layer.Disappointed when it’s $30 and barely a few bites. The outside icing does not make up the difference in size. ☹️

♥ ? ♥ Something about their dairy-free recipe makes the texture perfect ? even before all the delicious flavor add-ins. Lactose intolerance means I've tried lots of dairy-free ice creams and I have yet to come across any as good as Ben & Jerry's.
Not very good, we ordered a cake and they messed it up so bad.. It was supposed to be blue/green tie dye it was just green mostly. The cake itself was supposed to be salted caramel and vanilla icecream with chocolate crumble on the bottom.. but most of where the salted caramel could've been was lemon? It wasn't a very good combination and not what we asked for.
We had Ben and Jerry's do our wedding dessert and it was hands down one of our very favorite parts of our wedding day. We received a quote within 24 hours of reaching out, experienced excellent communication and service from our main point of contact, and guests are still raving about the ice cream truck and their dessert months after our wedding. We'd choose Ben and Jerry's for catering again in a heart beat- one of the easiest and most fun parts of our wedding planning!
They deserve 0 stars. Saw them speaking on the news how some people don't deserve their ice cream. Never buying from them again.

I couldn't believe I waited this long to visit my first Ben and Jerry's. U got a pint of the salted caramel core and ice cream will never be the same again. Loved every bite and can't wait to stop by again.
Overpriced for ice cream. Might as well walk over to the Whole Foods across the parking lot and buy a pint. It’s not like they’re making it onsite.
We chose Ben & Jerry’s as our wedding dessert. We aren’t fans of cake and got married in the middle of July. This was a delicious chose. We were able to select 4 different flavors for a 100 person event, the serving staff stayed for about 2 hours to serve everyone ❤️ Scott responded quickly to my questions to make sure everything went smoothly!
