Unfortunately experienced very rude and unprofessional service from the bartender. Hope they find additional staff to alleviate this burden.
Hands the worst restaurant I've eaten at in years. Maybe ever. Exorbitant prices coupled with poor service, small portions and just really bad food. The first night I asked for the Bank burger with truffle fries medium rare. I got a hard hockey puck, completely overcooked and fries that didn't taste of truffle one bit. My table mate had asked for no tomato on hers. Of course there was a tomato slice on her equally overcooked burger. The following evening, not trusting the dinner menu, we ordered the charcuterie platter for $21, figuring they couldn't screw that up. We were wrong. The platter consisted of some apricots, raisins, pickles, olives ( which were the only redeeming factor), a stake piece of bread and some slices of bologna. BOLOGNA! Oh and a weird blob of something purple. My friend ordered a cup of vegetable soup which was literally the smallest portion of soup I've ever seen. Lukewarm with several pieces of veggies. I would never eat there again. Although the Moscow Mule was delicious. Service was subpar, very slow. Unfriendly bordering on rude.
Had a wonderful dinner. I ate the porterhouse pork chop , it was cooked medium well. Very good!! We had wonderful deserts . And the appetizers were also very good. I like their food. Service was great and staff super firendly and attentive. Everything is nice. Highly recommended.
As of now the bar service is open in the evening.unfortunately, No food service. Covid 19 has really taken the wind out of the minneapolis food and beverage industry. The civil unrest last may sort of dealt the one two punch. Fine dining downtown is on a temporary hiatus. This is a great restaurant with highly professional staff in a beautiful historic space. Have faith. This minneapolis staple will be back.

Breakfast was incredibly sub par. High prices, poor service, food items were not impressive. Waited at the booth for about five minutes to be attended, right in front of the hotels desk, until we had to just ask the hotel staff (because even they didn’t acknowledge us) to be seated. I’ll find breakfast somewhere else the rest of the week.
I love this place, great food & service. I look forward to going back again. The place has a great atmosphere.
Hosted a business dinner. Service was great, mains included the short ribs, beer can chicken, spinach pasta.
Buffalo cauliflower was a very nice appetizer. Flavor was spot on with just the right amount of heat.
A really great space with a great happy hour. Unfortunately, we waited 40 minutes between drinks so I had to dock points for that.
