Had the grilled pork banh mi, wasn't bad, but wasn't great. The pork was a lot more like stewed pork than grilled, and was soaked in a super rich and salty sauce which overpowered all the other flavors in the sandwich and soaked into the bread, making it soggy. Also, the bread wasn't overly fresh, although this seems to be a recurrent theme for banh mi in the cities. I would try again, perhaps will go for the classic next time.
I love the baguette it’s perfect for a banh mi sandwich it’s nice and soft but the flavor though was kind of lacking and I ordered the tofu and beef and it was alright. The taste is more to appease the westerns. The french fries was good, a tad salty.
I ordered the wings and salad bowl. Salad bowl is the worst noodle I have ever tried. I just don’t understand how they can use the taco flavor on grilled beef. I like taco but For the wings, i recommend you should order from bonchon for pho mai. Wings tasted salty and burned. Never come back
Awesome owner and staff! Food is great! My students and I had the whole menu. Nothing is off limits. I recommend the egg rolls and beef vermicelli salad. The spring rolls were huge and super satisfying. Lemon grass Banh mi is so refreshing. Head on over and give this whole in the wall beside Target and Kungfu Tea a try!
They make great Bahn mi. My favorite is their beef bahn mi. The ice coffee they have is really good too.
Amazing. Fries a little salty but delicious. I liked the grilled pork Bahn mi. I did pick up, and parking was a bit of a challenge, noticed later they offered curbside... they had it ready in 15 minutes but I had a 20 minute ride home. Fresher or dine in would have made it even better.
Used to be my favorite lunch spot while going to the UofM. Used to be on Washington and I am so glad that they ended up reopening. I still stop here once in a while and grab a sandwich and fries. The dipping sauce is the best. All of it is amazing. You won't find a sandwich or fries like this anywhere else!
Seriously the best spot I’ve tried on campus! I got the Thai Chicken Curry Wrap and Pork Egg Rolls and they are both so delicious! Amazing flavors and options. Definitely will be back here again.

Best banh mi i've tried in the city! Loved the Special and Thai Curry
