Awesome Ribs, and many other items, all perfectly crafted!

Stopped by twice this week. First to try the Brisket Mac and Cheese and the beans, Second to get a meal for our surprise house guest. Finally! Someone who does not overcook the pasta! I got it with the brisket and it was super good. I like the pickled peppers, good addition. Your beans really rock too. Not sure how you prep the beans but, they are really good. And the ribs? Amazing, with only a salt and pepper dry rub? So tender and juicy, even the second night.

Phenomenal! Keep up the great work. ?

Animales Burger Co., based out of the Bauhaus Brewery patio serves up fresh, well seasoned burgers and a rotating variety of barbecued meats and sides. The double patty burger I ordered was tender and fearful, the bun was grilled to a toasty golden brown, and the house made pickles provided an excellent crunch as well as a nice flavor contrast to the rich meat and cheese. The pork ribs were beautifully seasoned, with lots of black pepper, and they pulled away effortlessly from the bone. They came with a flavorful, house-made sauce and a healthy scoop of candied jalapeños. All of these dishes paired excellently with some Bauhaus beer.Despite having to wait in a long line (I went during a one day pop up) I would definitely recommend Animales Burger Co. and look forward to stopping by again during the summer.

Out of whoopie pies 2 hours after opening on Saturday, shouldn’t promote so hard on social media if you have nothing left. Other than that your bbq is Texas legit and I think you crush it. Love to go over to the brewery and have a beer

This was our first visit (family of 3) so we got the Family Pack. A really nice variety of meats that were all smoked perfectly and so tender! A couple of delicious surprises were the Pimiento Cheese Dip, Broccoli Salad, Savory Mushroom Bread Pudding (chefs kiss y’all!) and the Pumpkin Whoopie Pie. Good barbecue can be hard to find and we highly recommend Animales

Excellent burger. Odd location since it's near a rail road and hidden behind industrial buildings. Will still recommend though.

All the meat! Get the sampler or order your favorite. Pair it with a pint from next door.

Bun was nice. Burger was fine. I did not enjoy paying $18 for a -decent- burger (w/ no sides) after tip. Gold sauce was pretty bad. I think it was broken, but it wasn't just watery consistency -- the flavor was also off. Also -- why are ppl afraid to really get in there and season their burgers before cooking? I'm upset about it. But I do love the original Animales so that's the move from now on.
