First time trying this restaurant ordered the steak and spaghetti. Generous portion of steak however overdone and tough not a whole lot of flavour with the spaghetti. The hot sauce has good flavour and sambusa are very good. I will give them another chance today could have been a bad day for the steak.

Really cheap price for a great freshly made food . I loved them and I will go there again . I got the rice with three meats and all my guests loved it . Friendly staff as well
Camel meat was okay, tasted not fresh and had no spice. Rice was pretty good. Chicken Sugur (Suqaar?) had good sauce, but the chicken was flavorless. The Jabati was dry like chalk. The place was pretty dirty, too.
This place was really good! Excellent gyros and their baklava and sambusas were out of this world! So good! We ate it so quickly otherwise I would have got a picture!
I can't get over how wonderful my experience was here. The people working were so, so pleasant and helpful. I spoke with Ali and his energy was so uplifting and fun! He has such a generous spirit, from making great suggestions to helping me with pronunciation to pouring me a cup of the AMAZING Somali tea to try. The interactions at the restaurant were a good omen of what was to come. My coworker and I both got the goat with rice and it was delicious. The portion sizes are so big that you will be enjoying the food for at LEAST another meal. I am so grateful for all the wonderful people at Ahlan and their kindness and cooking skills! I will definitely be coming back, especially for the mandasi and the odkac. Treat yourself!
