I went here for my birthday and it was amazing! The toppings were mixed in with each other but the yogurt was delicious.
Stopped in after dinner on a Sunday night. It was a bit busy but everything was well stocked and clean. The employee working was also very friendly and helpful! All my recent visits to this location have been enjoyable!
It was absolutely disgusting inside. Smashed toppings all over the floor. Yogurt machines we very dirty. Most flavors were gone. Looks as though it hadn’t been cleaned all day. Would not recommend to anyone.
Stopped there tonight....so disappointed. It was very dirty...the entire store's floor was sticky...like can't pick up your foot sticky. The toppings were a huge mess, they were all mixed together and all around the outside. The worst part...the two employees working were behind the counter staring at their phones....when they should have been cleaning.Had we not paid first, we would have left. I can only imagine what the inside of yogurt machines look like if they are ok to let the rest of the place look like that.We were at the Maple Grove location. Definitely won't be back....and I'll be sure to mention to others not to go there.
What an absolute joke. Doors were locked when we got there an hour before they closed. Was let in by other customers to find the store completely destroyed. Apparently teenagers had just been in there and thrown everything on the floor. Instead of cleaning and explaining to customers that all of their toppings were gone they continued to allow customers to buy cups then both returned to the back room leaving the store unsupervised again. When I asked why they would let people continue to buy cups the girl working simply looked annoyed at me and said nothing. So disappointed we spent a lot of money and once we realized there was nothing to put on the yogurt we were simply met with blank stares. We will never be returning and I hope no one else will until they get store running like a business.
Walked in, floor and kickboards filthy. Limited selection of froyo. We prompted left. The employees looked like they were restocking toppings which was nice to see, but when my shoes stick to the floor it's not pleasant to think about eating there.
This place is so disgusting the floors are so sticky and the toppings are all mixed together and there was barely any toppings. You have to pay first so you don’t know what you are getting yourself into. There is also ice cream all over the floor and there was ice cream on the windows. The bathroom was disgusting, my shoes were sticking to the floor. My brother and I had to use force to pull our feet up. Even the napkins were dirty.
I loved the flavors here, everything I tried was very good! You pay for a cup size and then add as much as you’d like of the flavors and toppings! My favorite was the original yogurt and the vanilla flavors but hey, you can actually taste test until you decide what you like before you commit.
Solid frozen yogurt place. Love that you are charged by a cup size and can get however many toppings as you want rather than charged by weight. Topping variety is great, it can be a little messy by that's to be expected.Pictured:$5ish Small
Terrible Service. Came in at around 6:30pm on a Saturday 2/26. The place was empty and dirty. The toppings bar was nearly empty of everything no strawberrys, no mangoes no popping boba no blackberries. Alot of the toppings were mixed with others which made it unappealing. We asked the white guy that was working there if he was going to refill the toppings and all he said was "uhmm which ones" with an attitude and continued looking at his phone. I'm not going to pay for some froyo if more than half the toppings are missing and the service is bad. Like if there's no customers at the moment your job is to clean and check what needs to be refilled not to sit around on your phone. In the end we left and decided to go to Cherry Berry instead.
