It's fast food. They were out of ingredients for one of their signature sandwiches. At least they did get what I ordered right. That's pretty darn rare for a Maple Grove fast food location.
Every time I come here there’s something wrong with my meal. A missing shake, missing sauces or missing utensils. I end up double checking things now but will avoid for a few months to see if they get their stuff figured out. I would recommend that spicy chicken sandwich though. Really good.
I don't know what is wrong with Wendy's, because I have gone to three different Wendy's in two days and never ended up with the frosty I went there for. This one? I waited at the speaker for five minutes, was never greeted, pulled around to the window and saw no employees in the store. I decided to try again, and this time I saw three or four employees just hanging out and smoking at the back door. I asked them if they were open because they were supposed to be open for another half hour. The guy that responded said "Uh...." asked one of his coworkers if they were open (seriously???), and then said "Naw... We're leaving early tonight."All I wanted was a frosty! ?
This Wendy's is always on point. Hot crispy chicken ALWAYS. Hot food and great service. Very friendly staff that even honor coupons when the app isn't working. The only Wendy's in the area I'll go to.
We waited in the drive-thru and when we pulled up to the window, they told us they were closed at 8:32pm. Literally the car in front of us got served, and we were turned away.This has been the 4th Wendy's we have been denied service due to inaccurate online hours. Even as early as 7pm on a Sat. Very disappointed.
Doors were unlocked, went in. They said hello. Another person came up and said inside is closed. "we short staffed". What is the difference of us eating in there and if we clean up after ourselves, get our own drinks. Self service. OMG. But, drive thru is open. Makes no damn sense! So when you get down time you go out and wipe a few tables. Not like you are that busy at 11 in the morning. Pathetic.
Wendy's burgers used to be my go to sandwich but their stores have are now run down you can barely get through the parking lot without losing a tire in their potholes and their pot holes and their service is slow.No I don't mind the slow service so much as the bad etiquette coming from the employees.We that love Wendy's burgers are OK with you taking a little time to make him right But you have to address the courtesy to the customer
Manager was rude!!!! Had trouble taking my order then told me to leave.
This is by far the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to the customer service is horrible!! I RECOMMEND LOCAL RESIDENTS/OTHERS NOT TO PURCHASE WITH THIS LOCATION (RYAN) the store manager serves OLD FOOD upon complaint he and his employees get offended & further more DON’T COMPLETE THEIR “CUSTOMER SERVICE” ACCOMMODATIONS! JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS IT TELLS IT ALL ABOUT THIS LOCATION CORPORATE NEEDS TO DEFINITELY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!
This has to be a fly by night operation. They took my card away from my view for 10 minutes. You charge the card and give it back but in this case now I have to go get a new card because I cannot trust someone didn't take my information. Three employees on their phones and they couldn't do the simplest thing. And my order was wrong anyway..
