This is a great place if you know what to expect. Fast service, dish arrived quickly. Food not elegant, but the chips are delivered as soon as you sit down. Actually an underappreciated lunch option. I would call Theresa's sit-down fast food one can savor a bit. We ate on Saturday running errands around 1 p.m. Classic chimichangas with tender beef.
Moved back and since my granddaughter loved their chips and salsa we went in after being gone 4 years. The waitress remembered our granddaughter. We went there a lot and we would work on homework back then. It was so nice to be remembered.The food was great. Service was great. It will be a favorite again I am sure.
They messed up our reservation! I called and made a reservation, but they said that they didn’t have a reservation when we showed up. My group had to sit outside on the patio, where the temperature was ~50 degrees.Two stars because the food was good but too expensive & hard to enjoy in the cold.
Good food. 4 of us and we all enjoyed our meals. Drinks were great too. Our server was great too.
Last 2 times I went the service was horrible. The most recent time was Cinco De Mayo and they weren't very busy at the time we were there, yet we had to ask for water 4 times. We asked for silverware 3 times and somehow everytime someone came to the table.it was a different server. This used to be my go to place but its been so disappointing lately that I doubt I would go back. Plenty of other good Mexican places in MG.
Absolutely terrible customer service experience here. Restaurant gave me wrong food in a take-out order, and then has refused to acknowledge or communicate about it even though multiple attempts have been made. Wouldn't patronize again.
Haven't been here in years, but the food was really good! I had one of their salads, and it was just fantastic! The other people at our table were satisfied with how their food turned out!
Ordered 3 taco bars for an Taco Tuesday event serving 60 people. My assistant went to pick the food up and the food was put out just in time as guests were arriving. I was finally able to eat 3 hours later only to find we were missing the chopped tomatoes, salsa and sour cream for all 3 orders! I called the restaurant the next day and was told to call back when the manager was there. Called back again and was questioned why I didn’t let them know sooner I was missing the items. (Is it too much to expect accuracy the day of an event when we had other set up to do too?) I was told someone would call me the next morning to figure out a credit. No one called. Think twice before ordering catering from here! Very disappointing that the order was incomplete and never received a phone call back to obtain some type of credit. Poor customer service. Needless to say I won’t be ordering future catering from here.
Nice place, enjoyed a quiet lunch. We both had the 2 combo meal, plenty of food with leftovers to bring home. Easy to navigate gluten free options.Dine in: Yes
Excellent dinner. They stayed open 38 minutes late and were really nice! Great place, excellent service, and wonderful food! A lot of food too!
