Best Taco Bell experience in a long time. I love the order kiosk instead of wasting employee's time with my special requests. You don't feel rushed and it is guaranteed accurate input. It was a bonus that they actually made everything correctly to order. The food was prepared quickly and served hot by a friendly staff member. My dude, Johnny Gonzo, exclaimed proudly how happy he was to eat the delicious tacos with his Dada, Papa Taco. Even Jenny and Goober Potato were very pleased. I will be back again soon because of my extremely favorable experience.
Worst location ever. Never get anything right on orders and just poor quality of product served. I constantly have to check my order and it’s always either missing an item or ingredient. Tacky. Ordered nachos bell grande and asked for no tomatoes. They didn’t put sour cream and put an un edible amount of refried beans on there. So annoying.
This is my MOST favorite TB out there. I will say I prefer the day time staff as the evening seems to be run by younger folk. Nonetheless the service is always impeccable. I am never disapointed. I have even order the wrong combo meal before.. went back inside.. and they fixed it.. even though it was my mistake. I am impressed. There is a manager on during the weekdays. He is kind, knowledgeable. I am also very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. 10/10 will be back again
I have never had an order messed up nearly as bad as it was at this location. I almost thought I got someone else's food by mistake. We ordered from the app and double checked after that we had put everything in correctly. The employees didn't seem to know what fresco style is. Ignored the no cheese request that we selected for my partner with extreme dairy allergies. When we went back and explained, they were nice about it and remade the incorrect items. However, there was meat instead of beans in bean burrito. So the vegan went hungry. Because of the politeness from the employees, I couldn't bring myself to give a 1 star rating. Hopefully they were just really new, and maybe they'll improve over time. But because we have so many allergies, it will be safest for us to go to another location for the next few months.
I ordered a 12 pack with half soft shell half original to go. My total came to over $23! I said to the cashier "€☆@#*₩, did you guys double your prices"? She replied with "I guess so".I drove 20 minutes to attend an awards ceremony and inhale NY dinner quickly.The 1st half of the tacos were hard shell(original)Supremes to which I couldn't eat do to being Lactose intolerant. So I moved down the box to the other half to discover that those too were hard shell Doritos locos Supreme as well.No dinner for me and out $23 and change.Sure glad incompetent fast food workers are making $15/hr!?
They really thought this was acceptable to give to me. It was also beef when I asked for and paid for chicken. My order is consistently wrong when coming here.
The manager Issac is a stand up guy. I had a small issue with my order, and he quickly resolved it. He keeps the restaurant very clean as well. Ive been in many taco bells and this store is top notch.
We stopped in after Doctor appointment for lunch! It was a little different going inside to order food I'm not a fan of the kiosks especially if your changing something on the order?? Then it was all packaged up in one bag and things weren't marked to see what was what when we got home and split it up between the three of us? I like to get each order in bag then put it all in one big bag with the sauces and napkins would work out better. The food was Great!??
No receipt, no sauce, rushed customer service even though I was the only one in the drive through. Two of my burritos were messy. Not great as far as Taco Bell’s go. Order total was 10.96, gave the cashier 11. Didn’t get my change back. It’s four cents, but allow me the courtesy to deny my change back. Don’t assume. I won’t be returning to this location.
Love love love this location. What a great team they have. The Manager checked on us several times. They were out of CO2 and they refunded me for our drinks and gave us lemonade for free. So clean, and the food is great too..
