Walked in during maple grove days at 910 and the young man working told me he doesn’t have time to make sandwich before close and do other things.
I arrived here at 9:38pm on Friday. The store hours state that they close at 10 but the doors were locked when I arrived. Therefore, you do not close at 10. Just say that — you never know how far someone is traveling to catch the store.
I just ordered 3 sandwiches for pickup. The sandwiches were later than scheduled by the phone app, and the orders were mixed up. There was one person behind the counter working. He was rude and stated next time to not add so many veggies because the sandwiches took too long to make. I will order my sandwiches how I want, and I hope this rude individual gets fired. He was the only employee in the store just before 6:00 pm on Saturday July 16th.
Wouldn't allow me to use a Subway coupon But I've used the same coupon everywhere else. Sandwich maker was nice.
SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION. Waiting over 25 minutes to get waited on, 1 young kid working no management on site. l felt for the kid, he seemed to be working his 1st shift alone. Taking customer orders, making sandwiches and handling all internet orders. Poor kid was overwhelmed. Not sure what's wrong with the management at this location, but if your store is short staffed it's your responsibility to get in to the store and fill in for any staff shortages. Any person who manages a fast food business should think about their employees and the frustration they feel when they are .left alone to deal with a dinner rush. That said, the bread was really under baked, but smelled burnt. Not sure I will be coming back to this location.
The kid working there was polite when he said are you here to pick up I said no he said how many subs I said 4 he goes I've been here since 5 I was only to assume in the afternoon it was 730 when I walked in and he goes I can't help you I have a lot of stuff to do on the back never again will I come to this location if he puts stuff to do in the back more important then customers never again coming here a d will never recommend anyone to come to this subway
Between register being down and not having bread ready, this subway has failed to serve sandwiches between 1-2 for the last 3 weeks. Along with this having staff ill trained and not knowing how to properly make a wrap is not acceptable.
My husband went in to order a few sandwiches for us and there was only one person working. This worker asked my husband if he can just pick the same vegetables for all the sandwiches because he had things to do in the back and he had to help the customer behind him. Why have one worker and secondly why ask something so inconsiderate and stupid. Being the nice guy that my husband is he agreed to help this worker out. What does the customer behind us have to do with anything and the amount of work you have to do have anything to do with us? Clearly we didn’t tip.
Stop at Subways a lot for something quick and somewhat healthy. They were fast and friendly at this one and did not skimp on the toppings.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Everything on their site says 10pm closing. I arrive at the location the open sign is still on but doors are locked. Call the store and I’m told the doors lock at 9:30 but store hours are until 10pm? Ridiculous, if I could give zero stars I would absolutely ridiculous.
