Clean. Nice and friendly staff. They had a bunch of online orders but where still getting things done quickly.
Ran out of bread and had to suddenly close. This after receiving coupons for Subway in the mail. Not a good look.
It's an alright Subway. The food was good. The staff was nice. The spinach was wilted. It could have used a little cleaning. All in all, it wasn't bad and I will come again.
Poor Experience and Food Quality. My Bread was hard and pretty much stale. The cheese was hard around the edges and discolored, the tomatoes were transparent. I decided to just transfer the food to a tortilla to make wrap instead because I didn’t feel like getting back out. Upon transferring my food I saw a long hair in the vegetables. I called the store for a refund and was told I’d need to go to the store for a refund. I told them if I go to the store I want a refund for my whole order. I asked what I needed to bring, he said the food. I told him that not only was there hair in my food but told him about the bread and cheese. At some point I told him I’m coming back to the store because this situation is ridiculous. In the end I told him I’d like the mgr to call me. He took my info and told me a mgr would call me when they get a chance. I asked for his name and he said he can’t give it to me and hung up.I tell you what Subway, keep the $$ because it’s the last you will get from me.*****Update***** They cancelled my order within about an hour after I spoke to them.
I am The new Assistant Manager Here at subway, I have been reading the comments about peoples concern from recent through the past year (which I wasen't here). With covid being around it's hard to get people to work, Which I know Employment rates are low everywhere, In my time of working here I have messed up people sandwiches by accident. Just to let some people know especially the people who don't get there sandwiches made right or waiting in a long line, That we as a subway family are sorry for anything that has happened to mess up your subway experience, I am looking to help our employees to get trained right on things they should have been trained on, and as well with how to work faster when we do have long wait times. I appreciate everyone coming to our store and at least checking us out even if you thought we didn't do a great job.
Was in there tonight with my son just a little bit ago. I wanted to take the time to say the food was really good and the service was great! There have been a couple times we've tried to go here in the last year and its been closed. Was I bummed? Sure. But as a manager I understand what so many employees and fellow managers are dealing with in Covid world now. Its been rough to say the least! Thanks for a good experience tonight.

Terrible food and worse service. Avoid this place and get Jimmy John’s or Firehouse
Whenever I need 6in I know where to go. This subway always satisfies my cravings , maybe I’ll be able to handle 12in someday. Especially good when the manager gives it to me.
Ordered curbside to go, Covid cautious for private reasons. Got there on time, logged in that I was there and sat for 15 minutes watching people walk in and then out with sandwiches. Tried to call and the phones were busy constantly. I even honked, as the drive up is right by the front window. Finally walked in and asked for my order. It was sitting there, ready, and now cold. There were 3 people working and she said, Sorry, we’re slammed.If someone has a hot order and they are there and the food is ready, they need to deliver it before waiting on people who come in after! It doesn’t take much common sense, but apparently I am expecting too much. Ate cold dry sandwich.
