Ordered a grande flat white via mobile. Got there and it was 2/3 foam- asked for it to be remade and came back less foam but still not done right. Didn’t seem to care.
Good customer service. I wanted to try a new drink and the barista gave me flavor ideas. It turned out good.
Barista suggested Oat milk for my Vanilla Matcha tea, foamed up great! Tasty! Ordered 2. I Never do that!
I ordered an iced chai tea latte and my drink tasted like only milk, usually the drink is much darker than this.
It’s nice going in here. Staff is awesome!! I get greeted by name when I walk in and they always know what I want!!
Carmel ribbon crunch amazing, and the whole menu is good also try the strawberry ? funnel cake.
Terrible customer service. While we wait for our order (nextly 15 minutes). We heard laughter and teasing towards us, nothing pleasant, they even realized that their window was not tightly closed and realized that we were upset. They didn't apologize for their tasteless jokes. We will not be customers of this site again. Plus is the third time that we have received our misdone orders in different places. We do not accept apologies after this bad experience with immature young people who do not know respect for the customer and his company.
There is a new woman working at this Starbucks and she has gotten my order wrong numerous times. She is rude when she talks in the drive through as well.
I always love Starbucks no matter what. This store was very busy. They gave me the wrong drink 2 times I just went with it on the second drink they made instead of making others wait longer. Starbucks is still amazing maybe will do a mobile order for this store instead of ordering through the drive thru. Customer service was ok.
PJ at the drive through was so friendly and made our coffee pick up delightful! Overall great customer service and drinks!
