I go there nearly everyday before work and never once have messed up my drink despite how busy they usually are. The same few staff are usually working and they are super nice and efficient too! Thanks Starbucks!

Came in here waited for 30 min for a drink. No apologies ever brushed off like it was nothing. The girl has been working on mobile order since 9:20. It’s already 10:00 am. Very slow workers my grandma can work faster. How embrassing should of at least let me know how backed up they are. If you know it’s a holiday then work faster not that hard. So glad I won’t be coming here again. Dunbros is super busy but still got my drink in 5 min. Starbucks has been so trashy lately. Take your business somewhere else.

Not the best experience this morning that I've had. The person at the window could not understand what I was saying and asking about A promotion. And they were out of dragonfruit pieces. Not the best morning to start off with anyway.

Usually busy drive thru but the service is fast and friendly. Ordered a nonfat mocha and a ham and Swiss croissant...yummy

This is a great Starbucks. The one knock I have — not unique to this one — is WHY do they think it’s a good idea to play the background music so loud? I’m here on a Sunday and they’re playing jazz and big band music that sounds like it’s from the 40s. Starbucks — STOP THIS!!! What are you thinking? Playing music that is in zero person’s favorite music style. Ridiculous

~~They make a mean cup of joe~~The workers were very nice and worked fast and my mother and I agree it was one of the best cups of coffee we've had in a long time.

Although super busy during the holiday season, super well staffed and speedy while handling online orders, the drive through, and a line of customers out the door as well. At any other Starbucks you would not find this quality of service. Remember to tip your baristas, and be thankful for them during the holidays.

Stopped here on my way out of the city. They said 10-15 minutes at the register which would have been fine, but the wait was actually 30 minutes for one drink. My dogs and husband were in the car! Made us all grumpy for our ride.

Today 12/31 I wasted about 40 minutes of my time. I placed a mobile order and selected to pick it up in the drive thru. The order said it would be done by 10:02 am which was the time I arrived at the window. I was handed my food items but was told I would have to come inside and wait 20 minutes for my drink since the queue for mobile orders was that long. If I didn’t place a mobile order I would have received it right at the window. This is my mistake I guess but this doesn’t make sense. One would think ordering ahead would be faster. I just asked for a refund instead. The middle aged short haired blonde woman gave me a refund of $4.95 for a grande iced mocha when I actually ordered a venti iced mocha for $5.55 with extra shots of espresso for an extra $2.70. I went inside to get the correct refund. I decided I no longer wanted the food items and was given a refund. 1 of the items I used my rewards for but was given the credit back. I then realized my original refund issue was never fixed. I went back inside where Jim wanted to argue with me that I shouldn’t be owed anything since I was credited the food item I used my rewards for. Had I decided I was going to keep the food items then he still would have owed me the correct amount for the drink I never got. It is bad business to argue over $3.30 especially when it was their original mistake. I do not appreciate Jim being rude and condescending and acting like he was doing me a favor on top of it all.
